This 1949 home was built by Paul Trousdale, a well known Los Angeles developer of his time. The area, which included over 200 homes, was developed by Paul Trousdale, in partnership with Pearl McManus, under the name Palm Springs - Tahquitz Company. Pearl McManus was the daughter of Honorable Judge Guthrie McCallum of San Francisco who arrived in 1884 with his family, seeking health for his tubercular son. Perfect location and house
We loved the location, close to everything! The pool was delightful and house was spotless. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. Highly recommend.

Great property with privacy style
We loved the house and private back yard. The pool was excellent. House was clean and communication with owner was a breeze. Highly recommend

Great location
The pool is beautiful with the lush grass surrounding it. Loved the two adult bikes and proximity to biking areas away from busy roads.

Felt Just like Home
Loved this home and neighborhood! The decor and mid-century vibe was awesome and the pool and hot tub were great! Great location, close to downtown and walkable. We hope to be back for a visit soon!

It’s a perfect house for our family
We stayed with a 33, 41, 67 and 69 year old with plenty of space for all of us. Such a beautiful backyard and pool and covered area, which we spent hours in, everything one could want to cook in the kitchen, and very clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to go again.

Great place!
Spent a long weekend with family (four adults) and had a lovely time. The house had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and bar.
Pool was terrific.
Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway
The house and location was amazing. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Pool was perfect. Cannot recommend this beautiful home enough.

A perfect place for a getaway! Highly Recommended.
The property is in a quiet neighborhood, not too far from essential businesses. The house is clean, well equipped and nicely appointed - it has everything one would need for a short-term or long-term stay. The pool is great for hot days. The host, Jama, is WONDERFUL and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
