Loved the location! Only a 5 minute drive to the boardwalk. The pool is great and the beach is gorgeous. Can’t wait to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay here at Sugar Beach. Our view was perfect and everything was so easy to navigate . Brian was very responsive to our questions. Definitely hope to return !

Everything about the room was as described. There were a few minor things but the host responded immediately and took care of it. This is for anyone that is interested in going to St Croix in September. Be aware that many places of interest and restaurants are closed during this timeframe. It was very peaceful and relaxing. No waiting for anything. No crowds anywhere. Recommend that you call places before you go to them though. Google will not give you accurate information when it comes to times open. Also be aware that there can be lots of sargassum (a type of seaweed) on the beaches this time of year. There was a crew there to remove it but their machine broke down and the seaweed got quite odiferous. After they fixed the tracked skidsteer , they only managed to remove about 40 feet total in 2 days. Never came back and the seaweed did return just as bad. Over 3 feet thick. Wasn’t terrible but made the beach less desirable and the snorkeling opportunities impossible. Especially sugar beach directly in front of the condominium. Still lots of beaches that are free of it. I recommend anything that has a west facing aspect. Winds are typically from the east and as long as you have a land mass facing west it will be blocked from coming ashore. Cramer beach to the east and everything around Fredrickstad was free of seaweed and the water was crystal clear. Again I wish to emphasize that none of this would deter me from staying at this place.

Our host, Brian was wonderful and great at communicating all the information we needed. The location of the condo is great for being able to access either end of the island. Sitting immediately on Sugar Beach is wonderful and there is a great pool on site in case you want to get out of the saltwater. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the island and are looking forward to going back again in the future.

Comfortable ocean view condo in great location

Condo was clean, comfortable, had nice amenities and fabulous view. Great location on the beach and close to downtown for quick drive to shops, restaurants and coffee. Host was very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again in the future.

Beautiful condo on the beach

I had such a wonderful stay at Sugar Beach! Having my coffee on the balcony every morning overlooking the Caribbean might have been the highlight of my entire trip. The unit was clean and had almost everything you need for your stay. The community pool is fantastic as well.

The studio was very spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable for my Vinny and I. Everything that we could have needed was provided, it was nice to come back after our adventures and have the option to stay in to make a home cooked meal. The location was central to everything on the island. The views from the veranda were beautiful, there was an easy breeze that we enjoyed starting and ending our days. There were hummingbirds that enjoyed the veranda as well, they seemed to enjoy the property just as much. Brian was quick to respond to inquiries and offered valuable insight for our vacation. We plan to come back in the spring and once we've got our dates dialed in, we're hoping to book again.

Lovely Oceanview Condo

My partner and I stayed here for a week for a wedding. It was perfect. We both had to work remotely a few days which was easy given the internet and the beautiful ocean views. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. The washer and dryer were excellent bonuses. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

A wonderful location with awesome views. The host was great with communication and very helpful. They have thought of everything you would need. It will not disappoint. Will definitely stay again.

The host , Brian, was responsive, the place was as discribed. Right on the beach very close to Christiansted, & grocery stores (i would recomend Pueblos). Sugar beach is centrally located on the island so it was a great location. We visited 9 beaches when we were there & Sugar beach was good for short walks. We felt very safe while there.

Visit to St Croix

Brian was such a great host; so easy to communicate with, responded quickly, and even checked in on us in the middle of our stay. The place was super clean and i appreciated the pots/pan, plates, cups, etc. It is in such a great spot and super close to Christiansted Boardwalk, which was nice to be close to restaurants and things to do.

Perfect

The condo was perfect for the two of us. We cooked breakfast each day and enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. Great location with a picture perfect view.

Hidden beachfront gem

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach, the unit was just as pictured and everything was very clean and well maintained. The beachfront view was spectacular and the patio was so nice for breakfast, drinks or just relaxing. Communication with Brian was great, I highly recommend booking this unit at Sugar Beach!

Birthday visit

I brought my girlfriend to meet my brother for his birthday. He has lived on the island for 42 years and this was my sixth visit to the island. This condo on the beach has a great view of Buck Island and is very comfortable.
