This lovely 4 bedroom 3 bath home at the end of a cul-de-sac is close to everything! Minutes to Ark, Walmart, Starbucks, local park, and 30 minutes to Cincinnati! We have everything your family needs for a month or a long weekend visiting the awe-inspiring ARK Encounter. We are a pet/smoke/vape free property.

Excellent home away from home

The beds were excellent, the place was nice and clean! We are a family of 6 and we all had our own space for the night and the main area had a nice sitting area. We really enjoyed it!

Great location, wonderful stay!

We came up for a conference at the Ark Encounter with our two adult sons & daughter-in-law. This house was perfect! About 10 minutes from the Ark, so easy to go back & forth. The guys enjoyed the game room & the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Visiting the Ark and Cincinnati

This little town was easy to get in and out of and see what we wanted to. Home was well organized and comfortable. The split level worked well for three generations, grandparents, parents and teens. Thank you for making it such a nice home

Very close the Ark Encounter

We picked this home because it was close to the Ark Encounter and it met our needs for bedrooms/bathrooms. House was very clean.

Group Conference Attendance

We liked the 5 separate areas to sleep, (4 bedrooms and the bed in the gaming area) and 3 full bathrooms for us all to get ready in the morning. Just a few minutes drive from the ARK Encounter. The biggest negatives were the pool table is in the garage and it was too cold to use it in the winter, and there was only convenient parking for 2 cars.

Good location for visiting Ark Encounter and Creation Museum

Clean and cozy home. Great to have 3 full baths. Nice amount of space for together time and for private time also.

Ark Visit

Ideal location if visiting the Ark which is just a short distance away. Property was comfortable and clean. As we were 4 adults each using one of the bedrooms available we could had done with some extra towels but we shares what we had and got by. Would definitely consider staying here again if visiting the area. Maybe the host could update his house book with suggestions for some good restaurants to visit.

Worked out well

The house was clean and equipped with essentials. Location was great for the Ark etc. Owner responded quickly to a couple texts. Would definitely stay there again

Ark Encounter Location

Great location for the Ark, the Creation Museum and Cincinnati. Getting off the interstates reveals a lovely countryside. The property was excellent for our teenage boys entertainment and met all our needs.

Perfect home away from home

Travis was easy to work with, and helped get us navigate some issues with vrbo to get us in the night we needed. The house was very warm and welcoming and had more than enough rough for us including my brothers large family. The older kids loved the game room, and the little ones enjoyed all the books and toys. All the beds were very comfortable, and the location to the ark was great. Would definitely stay here again if we came back.

Great for family.

We loved staying here! We had 3 couples and 3 children. We loved having the separate suite in the basement so we could separate the kids for nap time. Great toys, portacribs, and high chairs for kids. The house was clean and plenty of space!

Travis was awesome. The home was beautiful and the location was great for our planned outings for the week. Travis was very helpful and even the people who lived in the neighborhood around the home were so nice and friendly. The home was close to what we needed and there was so much for my kiddos to do in the home. We will definitely stay again!! Thank you Mr Travis!!

Clean house, quiet neighborhood

This space was very clean and functional. Travis was very responsive to texts. The teen boys (and dads) enjoyed the game room. I definitely recommend this house.

Great Location & House

Very nice house for large family group visiting the Ark Encounter. The host was very responsive to any questions. Providing the small things was a nice touch. (A snack box, k-cups, bathroom essentials and more)

The location in a great neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Most houses in the area are 3 bedroom, this one being 4 beds and 3 baths really caught my eye. We think Dry Ridge has a lot to offer someone coming to our area with just the right amount of convenience and closeness to everything.
