This townhome is truly one of a kind! Highly sought after neighborhood above El Paseo. Park your car in the garage. Work from home. And host dinner on the back patio. Make some fresh lemonade or orange juice from the fruit trees! This home is fully stocked.

Welcome to a place like no other - this home as vaulted ceilings, private patio, and is situated on the golf course with majestic views of the desert mountains. Renters can play at low daily rates. The home is also within walking distance to El Paseo where you'll find lots of shops including Gucci and restaurants such as Mastro's, and the essentials like Starbucks!

Relax on the back patio and take in the gorgeous mountain views. We have two lounge beds, a table for dining, and big BBQ. The trees give fruit - great for fresh citrus in you iced beverage. The home is open and airy, with vaulted ceilings throughout, a working fireplace and and central air conditioning/heating. This quiet complex is ideal for those looking for relaxation.

Home is fully equipped: living room and primary suite TVs have a Roku device - allowing you to login to your streaming apps. Fully stocked, linens, towels, dishes, and appliances - including a wine refrigerator.

Private garage, ample guest parking, well maintained pool and jacuzzi. Just pack your suitcase and laptop - you won't want to leave. Two bikes included - take them out for a spin to El Paseo! The Living Desert Zoo is less than 2 miles to the home. You’re close to Wholefoods, Nordstrom Rack, Saks 5th Ave, Albertson's, Rite Aid, CVS, and Walgreens - all within a 2 mile radius. Plus a surplus of other shopping and dining options.

A wonderful home away from home!

My wife and I rented this gorgeous home for 5 months: June 1 - October 30, 2023. It is just as lovely as pictured and the owner is great too. It is right on one of the earliest golf courses in the Palm Springs area but it is also right in the heart of the upscale community of Palm Desert. A real bonus for renters is the level of furnishings and amenities! We have rented around the U.S. and this is the best furnished and stocked place we have ever stayed. You really can't go wrong. Just a reminder. This is a multi-level townhouse and it does have multi-level floors, with step-ups and step-downs throughout. If you have a problem with stairs, this is not the rental for you. Otherwise, go for it!

Month long stay

My husband and I stayed in Jacquleen’s condo for the month of November and we were not disappointed. Check in was straightforward and easy. The condo was extremely clean. There was a set of brand new sheets and new pillows for us to use. Kitchen was fully outfitted and TVs had Roku to sign into. Jacquleen had left us a check in gift of necessities along with some wine & treats. It was so thoughtful! There is a small patio looking onto tee box, but we chose to sit over at the pool everyday - there was never anyone else there so it was very quiet. Property owner was extremely quick to answer questions. Highly recommend this condo if you want a clean, peaceful place to stay within walking distance to El Paseo.

Perfect for us!

Spent a month in this comfrortable, quiet, clean, well-equipped home in a small complex within walking distance of El Paseo (walked the EP loop every day). The pool is unheated but in April it was warm enough to use every afternoon - and we virtually had it all to ourselves! We spent most of our time on the patio (watching the golfers), walking and swimming....with the occasional shopping and eating out (on patios) thrown in for good measure. The perfect restorative vacation.... made even better by the perfect host!

Great views, nice community & comfortable condo

Neighborhood is quiet, with an easy walk to El Paseo and to hikes or a short drive to more shopping. The condo is well-appointed, making a stay feel like home. The grill out back was a bonus and the views from the patio were fabulous every day. The hosts are excellent, with quick communication when needed. I would stay here again!
