Escape the solitude of the Great Northwoods

Enjoy fishing for bass, northern, wallye, and many and many others on several lakes within minutes from property. Winter activities include cross country skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling just a few hundred feet away from driveway.

In summer relax by a campfire or take a ride on the ATV trails which is just down the road. Take a 15 minute ride into town enjoying the restaurants and shopping or stay in and enjoy a game of darts or pool in the game room.

Perfect place to stay up north.

Alot of room in the house. Plenty to do in the area we went 4 wheeling and boating in summit lake. Everyone had a blast ! For the price it was a great deal !

We had a great time exploring the bogs and enjoying all the nature surrounding the property. Thanks, Gary! Everyone was great.

UTV weekend

The cabin was perfect for our needs. The only reason I marked down on the onlune listing is because it said that one bedroom had 4 beds, it only had 2.

Needed A/C

The kitchen had everything we needed, appliances, pots, pans, plateware. There was virtually no check-in process, only online. The yard was huge, great for the kids to play catch and run around. It's a beautiful area.

Weekend UTV Trip

We came up for a weekend to ride the Parrish Highland trail system. The location had more paved roads than I thought to get to the trails (that was my bad for misreading the map), but it curved through the lakes so the sights were great. The location had plenty of room for trailers and us to unload, peaceful and quiet, and a great spot for relaxation and no neighbors.

This home is not in rental condition. We stayed because of the proximity to our family reunion. A spacious hunting lodge with pool table in game room & large yard with apple trees, but appears to have been abandoned for some time. Unsafe and unclean (particularly the bathroom). Abandoned construction site and equipment outside.

Misrepresentation

I would not recommend this rental property unless you are okay with having to clean it first. The bathroom smelled like an outhouse. I had to go into town to purchase bed sheets and cleaning supplies. The place smelled musty. The fire pit was full of garbage that needed to be burned before we could use it. The beautiful view of the woods was the only accurate description of the place. The grass also need cutting.

The property was cleaned and inspected before Tammy’s arrival. The bathroom was scrubbed from top to bottom. There was no complaint when my son gave them a tour upon their arrival. They stayed for five days. Tammy called me three days after her departure with her complaint .We have plenty of cleaning products and a washer and dryer with detergent for our customers use if they choose to. We guaranty our property to be clean and ready to be rented when our customers arrive.We would appreciate to hear from our customers with any comments or concerns immediately, so we can address the situation. We offered to compensate her for any inconvenience she endured but I didn’t get any response.

Perfect Location

Our host was super helpful and friendly with answering all our questions and getting us checked in. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. The house has plenty of space and clean. Had all everything you could need in a home. We will definitely be renting from Gary again!

Great for dogs

Spent two nights here. No issues. Just be aware there is no internet and cell signals are very weak. The cabin has a great backyard area for dogs. There is really nothing within walking distance, so you have to drive to the fishing spots. We enjoyed our stay.

Girls weekend

We had a great time here. Gary was very nice during check in and helpful with questions. Kitchen was stocked. Overall would recommend and would stay here again!

Nice Property

I had a pleasant stay with my pets. The home is quite large and would be good for a family. The kitchen was equipped with everything I could need for cooking. Firewood was provided for the fire pit and the game room was a nice added bonus.

Secluded and relaxing

Me and my friends had a wonderful trip. The cabin was spacious and clean. There are some bugs but its a cabin in the middle of the woods, it's expected. They had everything we needed at the cabin and more. Small town of antigo is only 15 minutes away. It has cute diners, bars, and stores.

Comfortable

We only stayed one night, but it was clean, warm and cozy. The game room was nice. We go up to the area often and will definitely considering staying again.
