Had a wonderful vacation even though we had a couple of rainy & cloudy days. Host was great when we had questions. Beds were very comfortable. Cabin was very clean. Nice scenic area. Would stay again.

This property is a beautiful property overall that worked out well for my wife and I. The water frontage is a nice sandy frontage and the cabin has a nice rustic feel, but with modern amenities tied in. The hosts were wonderful and would definitely stay here again

We had such a great stay. Just my teen daughter and I looking for a lazy week away before the hustle of the school year begins. It was super clean, quiet, great amenities. Owners were very helpful with the couple things we needed. They were literally there in minutes to help. We loved every minute of our vacation and it was very affordable too.

Quite a lovely experience. The view was amazing, the atmosphere amazing, and the drive lovely. It was something that I know as a person from the city would love to experience more of. Such a lovely place and would recommend this more than anything.

Had a fun time with family at this beautiful location. Kids caught fish on the dock and had a great time swimming near shore. Trails through the woods were a plus! Highly recommend.

Stayed for 6 nights peaceful and quiet. clean! had no issues! nice view of the lake! if you stay here, you don't need nothing but food and a boat! fully furnished! town is about 10 short minutes away for your need's gas food etc. owners are next door if you need anything which I did not need anything because everything is there even air conditioning. there's a resort next door if you feel like a cocktail too. definitely would stay again!thank you !

The hosts were very prompt with response times and answered all questions. Perfect spot for a getaway out of the city, wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The pluses were the privacy, the great view, the fire pit. and the spacious deck. We didn’t like the bed, it was flat and uncomfortable. It was supposedly a Sleep Number bed. We both felt unsafe walking down the steep hill to the water. I was having hip pain at the time so it was hard navigating up and down. I chose it due to being so reasonable in price.

I'm sorry the hill was a problem for you. Our pictures show there is a hill to the cabin. The bed is a Sleep Number and has a remote to adjust comfort level. Also, I would have appreciated it if you would have told me that you broke the window shade before leaving,

A perfect Northwoods cabin - clean, quiet, cozy and well-appointed. The hosts live next door and the love and care they put into their property is evident everywhere. The lake is small and quiet - only saw one water skier and one jet ski. Most days my only fishing companions were the hawks, bald eagles, herons and loons. What a great getaway for this city person. Hope to return someday. Thanks Kris!

This place was perfect for our family. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view! The owners were very nice and quick to respond. Will definitely come back.

If you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, this is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway—the location is superb, the views are simply breathtaking, and guests have access to complimentary kayaks, rowboats, and a wooden pier. It is also a wonderful place for anglers. Although I didn't have the opportunity to fish myself, I am an avid fisherman and was absolutely delighted with this place. I highly recommend it to everyone. An added bonus was the lightning-fast communication with Kris!

Kris’ cabin is lovely. The view from the living room is idyllic, especially at sunset. The cabin has been thoughtfully restored to give the classic northern WI feel. We’ve been coming to this area for decades and this cabin is one of our favorites. The beds and bedding were comfy, the pellet stove worked well on the chilly nights and the lake access is ideal. The WiFi streamed movies effortlessly on the smart TV. The owners are next door but the cabin is set up such that it feels really private. It was great having them close by because they went out of their way to help us with our boat which died…again! They are incredibly kind people whom we were so fortunate to meet. This was one of our best visits to the area. We will definitely be back!

We had a delightful stay at this cabin in Elcho! There was a little sandy area between the docks that was perfect for our 3 kids to swim in. The cabin had all the charm of a classic WI cottage experience, including a lovely enclosed porch with views of the lake and room to play board games and chill. We were able to use the owner's canoe and kayaks, which we fully enjoyed :). The owners were exceptionally kind too! Highly recommend :).
