Upgraded 4 bed 2 bath with all new appliances and furniture, nestled in a quiet, safe N-W Fresno, 5 min off R99, 20 min to airport, great access to national parks (Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, etc), close to stores and restaurants, e.g. CostCo, Walmart, fast wifi, 1,439 sq. ft, dining table, 65" TV with Xfinity cable, roofed patio with patio table + BBQ grill, all kitchen essentials including blender, coffee maker. 3 queen beds, 1 full-twin bunk bed and 1 queen sofa bed. 2-car garage.

Quick, easy, perfect.

Perfect spot for our work group. We needed a clean, and simple place to stay for our trip to Fresno. This listing hit the spot. Easy directions. Good communication. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great location

Me and a couple colleagues stayed there for a week long workshop in town. The location was super convenient, close to airport, and had all the conveniences we needed. We’d definitely stay there again.

Weekend Visit

The house was cute and very clean. It had all the necessary accoutrements, kitchen and living room were very nice. The beds were confortable and the bathrooms were very clean too. I would stay here again.

National parks vacation

A great house with modern appliances and room to spread out. A nice back patio with a roof above and modern gas grill for grilling. Nice to be able to park our car in the garage.

The place was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the TV was great! Ramon was very helpful and responsive to our needs. I chose the place so we could have my 92 year old mother visit in a safe space, we enjoyed our time together there. I recommend it highly.

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this great 4/2 home. It was super clean, quiet, and safe. Communication was excellent and so easy to check in. Having a garage to park our car so a bonus. The home was cozy and had everything we needed. Great find!

Clean house!

The house and property were great! It had everything we needed and more. The location was a bit scary as we had gun shots and police swarm just 2 doors down. Masato was a great host with really great communication and fairness.
