Very clean

Property was really clean. Owner was very communicative. Certain items are labeled to make guide you on use or where it belongs. Very pleasant experience.

Comfortable Place to Stay

The house was immaculate, comfortably furnished, and conveniently located for our plans. There was plenty of shopping and dining nearby too.

Great find

We had been in Sequoia and Yosemite and needed a place to stay that was close the the airport the night before our trip home . This house was perfect ! Lots of restaurants near by , a great TV to relax enjoy a football game . Big kitchen and bedrooms were plenty big . Overall a great find .

Nice place

The location of the property is exactly what I needed when my family went to Fresno. It was within the distance I needed to attend my family event. If you are looking for a quiet area to stay and relax, I'd recommend this property. The host are great at responding back, check in & out was super easy! I would stay here again.

Cute, comfortable stay for family

Cute house in suburbia that felt safe and comfortable for five people. Looked exactly like the listing--no unpleasant surprises. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils available. My only (minor) complaint was the water pressure in the shower, but it wasn't so low as to be unusable; I just like a good bit of water pressure for rinsing my hair. Overall definitely recommend.

Beautiful home with a Great location!

We stayed here for a couple of days and it was perfect for us. This house is beautiful and well maintained, everything was as described! The location was right in the middle of where we wanted to go. We loved our stay!

A Clean, Updated, House In a Great Location

Very clean and nicely updated 3 bedroom house! The neighborhood is fair but the proximity to restaurants and shopping nearby are great. It was a very nice place for us to relax in the evening after exploring National parks and local attractions.

Nice house but not as advertised.

The overall stay was somewhat good. The master bedroom ceiling fan and light were not working. The manager was informed, but to no avail. However, if we had to change the AC settings below 80F for some cool air, there is an extra charge of $10 per day not advertised before.

Attentive host and assistant

The host, Masato, as well as his assistant, Ramon, were both very attentive to our needs. I received detailed instructions prior to checkin with numbers we can call with any questions or if we needed help. One night, we accidentally locked ourselves out with the wrong door code. With kids who needed to get to bed after a long tournament and not knowing what else to do, I called Ramon, though it was late at night, and he was able to talk me through the issue. It turned out that I didn't need to reset the code at all but just wait 5 minutes to try again. In a culture where most of our transactions are digital with no human interaction, being able to just call someone for quick assistance is truly appreciative.

One of the best VRBO’s

This property was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The communication with Masuda was excellent. His attention to detail is obvious from the moment you enter the property. It is one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed at.

Great Location!

Upon arrival, the house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The best part is that the location is great, close to anything you may need while away from home. We will stay again when we return to Fresno!

Best place we have ever stayed

Exactly as pictured, so clean and comfortable. Host was amazing. Quiet, comfortable bed, kitchen labeled so you know where everything is and water in the fridge. My favorite though was the lemon tree in the back yard!

Very nice accommodations!

For 3 “mature” women, this was perfect! We needed a place to stay for a conference at the Veterans Memorial District and wanted more individual space than a motel/hotel. We decided to try a home rental. We made the right choice! The home was perfect; very clean, comfortable beds, nice linens - did I mention very clean! The kitchen was fully equipped and included new appliances. Wonderful communication with owner & management - would definitely stay again!

Perfect!!!

This was probably the nicest VRBO we've stayed in! The house was immaculate, well decorated, welcoming, and we didn't have to lift a finger before we left! Perfect location to visit both Yosemite and Sequoia, close to lots of dining options. (We loved Old Town Clovis!)

Fresno House

We stayed here for a funeral and it was outstanding. It was clean and homey. The tiny details of shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the shower, the decorated toilet rolls and paper towel roll, the layout of towels and the water in the refrigerator were all qualities that said welcome in a very special way.

Clovis home

Clean, well stocked kitchen. Needs a few more towels and maybe a fan. Ceiling fan on back patio would cut down on flies. Love the check out procedure!!!! Great stay!!

Great time…

The property was very clean, well kept. All as advertised! The kitchen was labeled thoroughly, which made it quite simple and efficient. The propane grill was simple to use and clean. Directions to the house, and directions for the use of the house, were very thorough. Communication with the owner was expeditious. All in all, we were extremely pleased with our stay.

Everything we needed

This property was exactly what we needed for our 6 night stay near Fresno. The check in process was really easy, the house was as advertised, clean and stocked with essentials. The backyard was great to have for the dogs. The location is super convenient for national parks, grocery shopping etc. The communication with the host was easy and fast. Would definitely stay here again.
