Theater Room, Game Room, Location, and Hot Tub!!

"A Bear Endeavor" is a spacious 3 level cabin. The main level consists of a King suite with jetted tub and vaulted ceilings in living room and kitchen. This level also has a deck with an eating area and new grill. The second level is another King Suite and laundry closet at the top of the stairs. The basement includes a half bath, game room, and an updated theater room. There are sleeper sofas in Game Room and Theater Room. There's another deck on this level with an eating area and hot tub.

Our cabin is located in the Sky Harbor neighborhood so there are other cabins in the area around you. The roads are CURVY, NARROW, and STEEP mountain roads. There is a steep incline near the cabin that is avoidable (instructions in check-in message), but once you go up it you'll be a pro.

Guest access
Two days before your arrival I will message you with a key code along with your check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the cabin!

Other things to note:
- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- 8 Person Max
- 2 Vehicle Max
- No Pets
-There are neighbors - please be considerate
- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- You will likely see and hear critters
- Do Not Feed Bears
- The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area.

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge.

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.

-No discounts for booking

- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, and coffee are not provided

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

-There is a security camera on front porch that shows the front door. This will be on during your stay.

Exceeded our Expectations

This was one of our BEST vacations ever! The cabin was amazing & we spent more time there than out of it. The memories made playing pool, games & watching movies in the home theater were the best!!! We definitely will be back!

Gorgeous cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. It was perfect size for our family. We had a few hiccups upon arrival but the host quickly responded and made everything right. Could not have asked for a better weekend getaway!

Beautiful Cabin for family of 5

This place was beautiful, spacious and fulfilled all of our needs. We all had our own space and bathroom which was nice. I will try to VRBO this cabin again. The owner was wonderful and accommodating.

Fantastic Christmas Stay

Amazing! This was our first time staying at any type of vacation rental so for our first experience it was seriously awesome! It was so CLEAN and smelled amazing. I love the traditional cabin feel of everything and my kids 5 & 7 had a ball downstairs in what they called their “kid’s cave”. I would say that the location was vastly under played. I loathe heights and was flabbergasted and petrified at just how high we were, but after a while, I got used to it and didn’t think about it once we were actually in the cabin. The tv in the theatre could use some attention it would turn on and off by itself and would increase the volume randomly by itself. Also, because we did come Christmas time, I did see other cabins near by with loads of holiday exterior decor which made me a little envious, some even came with their own Christmas trees pre decorated. I didn’t know if we did that our selves or what but wish we had that. Overall, absolutely wonderful stay and it made our Christmas that much more special!

It was one of our bra trips ever the view was wonderful tho we had neighbors it didn’t feel like it! Was one of the cleanest places that we have stayed in! We go tho the Christmas place every year to find an ornament and always find something that happened to us in that year! We will book here again and I can’t wait!

Cozy Mountain Getaway

Beautiful cabin nestled right on the mountainside between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Lots of space and wonderful natural light. Breanne was a wonderful host & very responsive. Be sure to get on the waitlist for breakfast at Crockett's Breakfast Camp - a must-do!

Great Cabin

This cabin was exactly as pictured. It was clean and our host was easy to contact. It has two flights of stairs, so not for anyone with any mobility issues. Not the easiest spot to find up on the mountain (for us, anyway), but worth it. TVs in every room, and we enjoyed the pool table and air hockey. Only downside was there was only one wash cloth in each bathroom, one hand towel and three bath towels. Also, no hair dryer, so bring your own. Other than that it was everything we needed it to be. Close to both Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the national park.

Amazing experience

Our experience staying in the cabin was amazing! We made it to the property with no issues and check-in was a breeze. The only hiccup we had was that the remote that controlled the TV in the theater room was switched with another controller that wouldn't work with it, but after contacting the owner about the issue, the situation was cleared up and had no further issues afterwards. There are neighbors but that was never a concern of ours. Otherwise, the overall experience was great and we would definitely book this cabin again!

Sky View Lane

Property appears larger in photos than it actually is in person. Hot tub was just okay. Both bathrooms were small. Beds were very comfortable, but both were on raised platforms, so not super easy to access. Place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay, but were expecting a little more

Nice relaxing long weekend

Very sweet cabin! Love the downstairs entertainment area. Especially the theater room! Wish there was a DVD player to watch movies brought from home, but we streamed so it worked out well.

Great Getaway

Cabin is conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so it was easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. We really enjoyed the movie theatre as well.

So Much Fun!

This place was AWESOME! Cabin was exactly as advertised. Cozy and clean! The beds were super comfortable, the kids loved the theater room. We found it so easy to be lazy and stay “home”. We will without a doubt stay here again!

Wonderful Cabin

The cabin was clean and ready upon arrival. Mountain roads are narrow if you aren’t used to it but it is perfectly located right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with so much to do. My son loved the theater room and game room which made spending the evenings back at the cabin a blast. Would definitely consider coming back!
