Adorable, recently renovated home in town with a 3 block walk to the beach! Sleeps 10. Spacious backyard. Grill provided. Front porch (partially enclosed). Three bedrooms/1.5 bath - Main bath has a shower and a separate tub. Take advantage of the close proximity to downtown restaurants and shopping. Stop at House of Flavors for amazing ice cream. Take a hike on one of the many trails at the Ludington State Park. Watch The Badger come in at sunset. Walk the pier to the lighthouse. Watch the incredible sunsets from Stearns Beach! Have a picnic at one of the city parks or water spray park. So many things to do...a week won’t be enough!

Nice place! Walking distance to downtown in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room in dining area and living room. Large kitchen and great porch. The beds seemed small but we are used to a King. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay during our trip. Mark the owner was quick to respond to any questions I had before and during my stay. The house is just adorable and lots of room for family to be comfortable and not feel on top of each other. We hope to someday book in the summer months to experience the beach and all Ludington has to offer.

Great location, Mark was very nice and easy to work with. Our only drawback is the bedrooms being upstairs - for us older travelers it was a bit of a challenge otherwise we would stay again,

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a great location! Communication with Mark was very smooth and fast. There was plenty of room in the house to spread out and be comfortable. We would stay here again.

Very clean, cozy. Well equipped. Extremely convenient to the waterfront and downtown restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Mark was extremely responsive to any questions, made recommendations as to where to eat and what to see. Can’t go wrong here! My son and I were there to salmon fish, so the photos are of our success.

The house is exactly as described and pictured and was perfect for our girls trip. Ludington is a wonderful small town and the house is within easy walking distance of the beach, parks, shops and restaurants. It is also centrally located along Lake Michigan and was a great home base for visiting towns from Holland to Mackinac Island. We’re already talking about our next stay here. Mark is an awesome host; very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

If you like downtown and Stearns Beach in Ludington, this is a great location! It was clean and communication with the owner was superb. The ceiling in the basement is low, so if you sleep down there be aware. The living room is big. We had 7 people and it fit all of us very comfortably. The dining room table was also large. We had a great stay!

The house was clean and the host was quick to respond to messages. The backyard was fenced in and a great spot for the kids to run around. This house was a great place to stay and we will be back.
