A cozy two bedroom condo located on 28th street bayside. Located just next door is Jolly Roger, a great family attraction with many activities for children and adults. This condo is just a ten minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. The master bedroom is spacious with a full bed. In the second bedroom you'll find a twin bunk bed. This allows for four people to sleep comfortably. The couch does fold out allowing two more guests for an extra fee. The condo has a kitchen with a small table and chairs for dining in. There is a television with cable available as well as wireless internet.

Very quaint, but exactly what we needed!

The whole process of renting and checking in and out was very easy, and the host was also very easy to get in touch and communicate with. The condo was certainly small, but it was perfect for what we were looking for and honestly still pretty comfortable for 5 close friends. The kitchen utensils are a little bare bones, and we ended up making mac and cheese in a frying pan but we made it work! Something to consider when packing is to bring hand towels for the bathroom and kitchen, but that was our mistake! Overall wonderful stay.

Cozy apartment, great location

This place was in a great location and was clean upon entry. Bare-bones, but perfect for a weekend at the beach.

Great beach getaway

The condo was a great location to the beach and all OC has to offer. Probably more comfortable for 4 people, but we made it work with 6 and when in OC, you spend the majority of the time at the beach, boardwalk, etc., anyhow! It was very easy to communicate with Robert and he responded so quickly and kindly to a few things that came up. Having laundry available was such a plus! Thank you.

Perfect location!!!

Positives: Owner was very friendly and responsive! Perfect location to walk to attractions and beach. Boardwalk is just a short drive. Price is reasonable for unit. Negatives: The unit was not cleaned that well upon our arrival (sand was throughout) but they provided cleaning supplies! Bathroom is very small. If you are a bigger person or needing to help take care of children in there, it’s a tight fit. Laundry facility is behind the unit, not inside. It’s really dark behind the unit at night. You may want to wash during daylight hours. Window blinds were broken/missing. This is a multi-family unit so privacy was an issue. This property was small and cozy but perfect for a few guests!
