This place was extremely clean and beautiful as in the pictures. Everything you would need within walking distance of the property. Easy checkin and quiet location. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful Condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was steps to the beach, grocery store, restaurants & bars. Close to the 90 bridge. The property was clean and well maintained. Although the shower pressure was lacking. Customer service was informative and always available.Taste of Italy, Skye Bar, and many other restaurants are within walking distance.I highly recommend this property!

This place is a nice find located on 69th ocean side. It is a bit dated but everything was clean . It included linens in the price. The price was reasonable and affordable. It’s a great place for two. They do have a sofa bed it’s in the main area but no privacy and it would make things crowded. We were only there for a few days and it was just what we needed. An assigned parking spot is included.

The only complaint was the toilet. It should be elongated and chair height to accommodate tall people and those that are handicapped. Also the tub should have a safety bar for handicap or elderly.

As a reminder, these units are people's homes and unlike a hotel, if they themselves don't need an elongated/chair height toilet or a hand rail, you won't see that installed. We hope you will stay with us again in the future but if that is a requirement for you, you can filter searches for handicap accessible units as many of them have those features. Take care.

Absolutely loved staying here. Very clean, which is number 1 for me. Perfect for my family of 4. Loved the convenient location. Steps from the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Very good communication with the owner and very easy check in/check out procedure. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great place - highly recommend

Only thing that would have made this place perfect would have been a toaster and blackout shades for the bedroom. Otherwise well stocked with necessary supplies and nicely updated. Great location.

Perfect little getaway

I was so happy to find this hidden gem!! If you are a stickler for cleanliness like me, you will love this well-maintained, super clean condo!! Property manager was very thorough and made sure we had all necessary info ...also easy check in/out. Was close to our two favorite restaurants, Touch of Italy and Longboards. Highly recommend!!

Great Beach Getaway!

The unit was perfect! We had smoke detector batteries that needed replacing- and owners did so immediately! The unit was clean, efficient and better than advertised- steps from the beach, plenty of parking and close to everything! Can’t wait to come back!
