Come see why this 4th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a queen sized sofa sleeper for sleeping up to 12.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have other 3br units and the 4br unit next door on this 4th floor should you have a large group and need more space!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Our visit

We had problems with the stove but was resolved in a timely manner. I would maybe better stock on cookware in kitchen. Over all it was pretty clean. But in the first bathroom there was mold on showe door and the toilet seat across the hall was broken. The faucet in kitchen is loose. The rug in den area is really dirty. But we had a great time thank you.

Girls Week

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The living furniture needs updating. The rug was extremely dirty. The master suite bed is very hard, causing me back issues. Only was given 1 trash bag, half used toilet paper rolls, no laundry detergent (all were supposed yo be supied). Floors need a good cleaning as they turned our socks black. Coffee pot has broken parts, and the dryer took 3 hours to dry a load of towels.

HOT, humid and rainy at Orange Beach

We had a fun filled week with the family during our stay. The property was moderate in cleanliness for the common areas and our condo was below average for furnishing cleanliness. The sofas, rug and side chairs in the living area were dirty and the master BR sheets we extremely thin and worn out. The unit was large and comfortable for our stay but I expected more quality for the price.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is fqbulous, and the condo laid put out very well, but upon closer inspection , the condo was not clean hair amd sand in 3rd bed room , dirty diaper under bed in condo 402, body wash or congealed shampoo on shower wall, appliances in 403 , Keurig didnt work, mot clean, someone left debris grounds inside of it.Toaster does not work you have to hold it down . Counters were grimy. We will not stay here again

Very clean

We especially like the condition of the kitchen, best we have had at orange beach. Condo is centrally located for everything and that was great!The only complaint we would have is the living room rug could be replaced , not in great shape and the bed in the master could use a mattress topper, very hard! We would definitely stay there again!!

Beautiful hidden spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo is amazing. It’s right in the middle of so many places to shop and dine. It’s only minutes away from the Floribama line and gulf shores where there is more shopping and dining options. The condo was very spacious, a bedroom and bathroom for everyone. It had a huge kitchen, dining and the living space had seating for everyone. In our unit there were games for the kids and a bar set up for the adults. The view was perfect from the 4th floor. I loved that I could park right outside the condo. This was our 3rd year vacationing in the area and can’t wait to go back next year.

Decent vacation rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was in a good location, nice amenities. Overall a decent place to stay while on vacation. It could have been a bit cleaner, there was excessive dust on a few cabinets and the cooking equipment was still dirty. Also the master bedroom mattress was worn out. I did read about that in another review from more than a year ago so I expected that problem was fixed but the same mattress had to still be there after the owners were made aware that it has huge dips on both sides of the bed where people lay.

Awesome stay

We spent a week in Orange Beach! We loved the property we stayed at! Everything was decently cleaned. Housekeeper was still cleaning at our check in time so I think she was a little rushed, some things could’ve been cleaner! Sand piled under bathroom counters and furniture is stained inside and outside. Other than that it was perfect! Beds were clean, had plenty of towels for the week! One of the best VRBO properties we’ve stayed at.

Great stay and relaxing week!

We had a great time relaxing in your beautiful condo. We had family a friends come for a birthday get away and they all had nothing but great things to say about the condo. We would recommend this place to anybody coming in for a great family get away or just a relaxing week at the beach. Must visit Coastal Restaurant next door. It was a great place to eat!

The Patio was awesome

We were a little disappointed in this condo. It needs updating and several bar stools were broken, It could have been cleaner. Floors sticky. The kitchen did have lots of dishes and utensils. Several lights were out. Their ice maker and air conditioner were great. The sliding glass door was off the track , but maintenance came and did work on it. Overall we were satisfied.

Very spacious rooms and a nice set up. My only criticism would be that the primary bedroom mattress is worn out and needs to be changed and the pans for cooking are pretty worn and could use replacing as well. Not a deal breaker and would definitely stay here again!

Great new condo experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Needed a condo large enough to handle our 2 sons and their kids along with us. The condo fit the bill. Plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen and other amenities. Large balcony with great view. The biggest hit was the lazy river and water slide. Great location right across the street from the Publix grocery and other retail and restaurants. Condo is on the 4th floor so you can park steps from the door. Would highly recommend it.

Needs some love

It was not clean when we arrived. Our feet were black from walking 10 minutes on them. Charlie sent in someone to clean floors……the cleaner agreed they had not been cleaned. There was not sufficient initial supply of many things….had a sliver of soap that lasted 1 day we had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths in master bath. . We have always had more to start with. Light bulb was out in master bedroom lamp. Overall the bed linens were cheap and small for the master. This was a big step down from where we stayed last year in Phoenix Orange Beach. The beds squeaked really really bad in back bedroom. Shower head was coming out of wall in that bedroom. After an hour of drying clothes they weren’t dry. Dishwasher didn’t work well. We will find another place to stay next summer. Can’t trust the pictures!!!!
