The property was in the perfect location. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was beautiful waking up to Mel deer in the yard every day and seeing hundreds of birds flying in and out of the feeders. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The house was immaculate. We loved the welcome basket. The property was easily accessible for our trailers with side by sides. We could see deer right off from our patio. Everything was as stated.

Tammy and Dave are excellent hosts. Their home is spacious, comfortable, clean, well stocked and has gorgeous views of the surrounding San Juan Mountains. Just over a five minute drive from Ouray, Evans Heaven provides a convenient base camp for all of the attractions and endless outdoor recreational opportunities that southwest Colorado has to offer.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at Evans Heaven. The cabin was so clean and welcoming that you will feel "home". The communication and hospitality was top notch and the location was breath-taking. Would definitely stay there again if ever have the chance to return to the area.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful stay at this great house outside of Ourey. The surrounding area is beautiful and the house was well equipped with everything we needed.

Beautiful home in a perfect location. The house has everything needed and the host left a very nice welcome basket of goodies. Truly one of the best rental experiences we have had.

Great Location

The cabin was in a great location for hiking in Ridgeway and Ouray area. Wildlife all around, and everything we needed in the house.

Weekend getaway!

We traveled to Ouray to four wheel our jeeps and stayed in this very cozy home. Very clean and close to the town of Ouray. We will be back next year!

Amazing Home

Tammy and Dave were great hosts. The home was lovely and clean. There was plenty of things for kids to do. The views were amazing. We can't wait to come back.

This was the perfect spot that is far enough for peace and quiet, yet close enough to drive in to town for activities. The owners were so kind and this home is so cozy! There is a large creek close by that we sat by for lunch a few times! There were often deer friends visiting outside throughout the day. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved everything about our stay. Thanks to the Evan’s family for having a well equipped home. We loved setting outside in the evening to watch the deer move about. But the most fun was searching for the small hidden ducks. Would stay again

Great Family Trip

The house had everything we needed. The location was close to Ouray, safe and peaceful.. The cabin/house was clean. The owner made sure the hot tub was working so we could enjoy it, thanks Tammy. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Week

We spent the week in Ouray exploring the mountains and local towns. Evans Heaven was perfect for our stay. Plenty of space for 6, clean, had everything we needed. If we come back to visit, we will, without a doubt consider Evans Heaven.

Feels like home

Evan’s Heaven was a fantastic property, ideal for togetherness. The large living room, kitchen, and dining area were perfect for preparing meals as a group or relaxing after an adventurous day. The large deck had ample seating and perfect for morning coffee. Highly recommended!!
