CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!! POPULAR POSH 93720 zip code! Gated and safe! Freeway 41, close to several Clovis/Fresno/ Madera hospitals, Yosemite, Fresno State, SaveMart Center, Old Town Clovis, Woodward Park, Riverpark, Clovis Unified events, bike trails and more...just ask! Amazing location—Tons of shopping, restaurants, and spas within walking distance. Also, enjoy the sparkling pool and hot tub at the end of your day (closed during winter so inquire if wanting pool access). Condo is in gorgeous setting, pool front so it feels like vacation every time you come home. I'll be available by text for whatever you need for your comfortable stay. Looking forward to having you!

Hand sanitizer at door entrance along with spray disinfectant to spray any surface you like to feel extra safe and cozy during stay in already sparkling clean condo :).
If you need earlier just let me know! Happy to accommodate if possible.
An hour from Yosemite makes this a great place for travelers coming in from out of state. Close to hospitals and easy freeway access for downtown Fresno business or events. Popular and favorite high-end restaurants (Italian, sushi, Mexican, etc) and posh spas mixed with economical ones as well all within a mile. Yelp from location or just ask!! :)
There is high-speed Internet with a 60” smart TV with Netflix in comfy family room and if you have a favorite like Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc you can log on as well.
There are beach towels for pool/hot tub and if there are floaties/rafts in the yard, you are welcome to use!
Guest making reservation must be staying and over 21

I am new to VRBO however and have a great location for travel nurses...super close to all the hospitals, Yosemite, shopping...great and gated/safe resort like setting.
