Very nicely arranged with 3 bedrooms one good size the other two good for kids / teens. Amazing terrace with a grill and view to the sea. The Pool is excellent but lacks shade and there are no umbrellas in the Pool area. The sea is amazing although a little rough for kids below 10 to swing because of the strong waves.
There is a surf shop next door that provides lessons at a very decent price. Distance to the grocery stores is 5 min driving and 15 min to the best restaurants in the Cabo San Lucas highway.
Great option I strongly recommend.
