Modern meets quaint in this updated downtown studio. Enjoy second story living with street views and full amenities for a comfortable “home away from home” stay! Steps away from Fireman’s Beach, Icehouse Park, Silver Shores, Vacavi coffee shop, Lakeside Diner, gift/clothing shops and more. Located above a boutique clothing store and dog grooming service and across the street from Rising River Brewing. Relax in comfort with a well applianced kitchen, sitting area, king bed, and central air. Located 15 minutes from Meadville.

DOCK space for fee near CL park WHEN available. We can provide contact.

The space
Bath towels, shampoo, and body soap are supplied.
Use personal accounts for smart TV as cable isn't provided. Wi-Fi password provided. Located above a pet grooming service and boutique, so there is potential for some day time noise, but we aim to keep that to a minimum.
There is NO lakeview in this unit.

Guest access
Our unit has a keyless locking system. On street parking or reserved parking in the rear of the building marked Unit 4. Entrance is on Water St. look for black door with Ardis logo. This is the door to use for accesses to your overnight stay.

Quaint and Comfortable,

Overall our stay here was wonderful. We were in town for a wedding in a nearby city and loved that we could wake up, grab coffee from the coffee shop below, walk across the street for brunch at the brewery, and walk the gorgeous lake. The condo is on a busy-ish so after traveling all night and getting in at 2am it was a little shocking to hear loud music and car breaks before 7am but that is to no fault of the owners.

Totally enjoyed our stay at this unit and it would be our first choice if visiting the area again. Unit is nicely decorated and very comfortable furniture and bedding. Very clean and new. Convenient location. Owner very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this unit.

The room was exactly as advertised. Clean and bright, owners were very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again. The snacks were a very nice and welcomed touch!

Great Studio by the Lake

This is my second time staying here for a long weekend away! Loved it both times! The Studio is always impeccably clean and has everything you'd need for your stay! Location can't be better, just walk downstairs, grab a morning coffee and sit by the lake! I'll be back again for sure!

Great spot to stay while visiting Allegheny College.

We went for Blue and Gold Weekend at Allegheny College and all the nicer hotels in Meadville were booked. We found this perfect spot so close by. Very clean and comfortable, it had everything we wanted. It would be fun to visit the lake in the summer. We hope to be back in n warm weather.

Weekend Get-away

The property was perfect for a weekend getaway. The accommodations were just what was needed and the location is on the best spot on the lake for beach access, walking, and restaurants.

Fantastic Studio

This studio was an oasis in the middle of the Conneaut Lake area. Very clean and had everything you would need for a stay! Location was great. Amazing coffee shop right downstairs! Everything to do was walkable or short drive away. We had the added bonus of fireworks the weekend we were there!

It met our needs well for a nice place to stay for 3 days. Our main complaint is that we are elderly and climbing the steps to the apartment was challenging, especially with our luggage. An elevator would have been very welcome!

Perfect for couple

We were in the area to attend wedding and this place was so much better than a hotel room. We had a little kitchen and ate our breakfast in our room. The place was easy to get in because there is free street parking. Highly recommend this place.

Great property

The property was immaculate....we loved the layout and décor. We were within walking distance to anything in town, and a short drive to Conneaut Lake Park. The bed was very comfortable and loved that it was a king. The place was perfect for what we were looking for.

Property was very nice. Updated condo. Good for a weekend stay

The property was clean, had good amenities, right in town so you could walk to everything. The unloading of suitcase from the front street and waking up the stairs was ok, however you have to then drive around to the back of the building to park. It was raining when we arrived and we got soaking wet walking back all the way around the building to enter the condo. Wish there was some kind of shortcut to get back to the front to enter. The windows face the street and for a small town it is very busy and noisy, during the day, but the night time traffic slows down. All in all a nice weekend stay.

We are always a phone call away and nearby for service. We live year round in Conneaut Lake and own other properties in town. I, David, am often on property as I have my business just steps away from the rental units.
