This two bedroom unit features an open floor plan, tons of space to relax and hang out, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, smart tv, huge covered deck, central heating and air conditioning, and personal touches with photographic canvases of local scenes taken by the owner, and pottery from local potter Frank Stofan. There is plenty of off-street parking - enough for multiple vehicles, a boat, a trailer, or whatever else you might need to park. Come enjoy your home away from home!

Quick Getaway

This place is super clean and spacious. Great communication with property manager. Huge covered patio out back was great for listening to birds and watching rabbits and wildlife. Quiet location. We enjoyed our stay.

Conneaut Lake

This property was very clean; communication with host was excellent and the property looked exactly as the pictures indicated. . Very easy to check in and out. There is not alot to do in the area; but we were traveling between Pittsburgh and Rochester NY so it served our purpose.

Family Wedding

My daughter and I booked the two bedroom apartment at Avanti Cove for the weekend to attend a family wedding. The rental was clean and bright and stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of room and the attached covered porch was an added bonus. I would definately stay there again.

Comfortable Apartment Near the Lake

The apartment was updated inside, immaculately clean, and comfortable. William, our host was super responsive and available. He went out of his way to encourage us to contact him at any time. We arrive late and he even brought us half and half for our coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, William for your hospitality!

This is a fantastic property for any size family to stay! Open floor plan, new, super clean and the property owner/manager took great care and attention to detail! We highly recommend this location! Excellent!!! I highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful place. My first view through the doorway amazed me - it's so SPACIOUS! Very clean and comfortable. Huge covered porch makes it handicap accessible to the apartment. This was my first time renting a VRBO and I found it to be a wonderful, relaxing experience.

Hidden Treasure!

My family and I went for the weekend to take the grandkids to see the tractor parade in Linesville, the Ice House Festival, and take a nighttime cruise on the Barbara J. The apartment was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed when traveling. It was very roomy and super clean. There were 5 adults and 2 kids and we had room for more. It was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed plus some. It was close to town and all attractions. The price was definitely a bonus. I would stay there again when visiting.

Geryll Zehr resides in Meadville, PA, along with his wife, Carla, and four children. They are active members at Meadville Mennonite Chapel, and as a family enjoy exploring the great outdoors and spending time with friends. Geryll is the owner of a residential and commercial real estate rental business, Northstar Rentals, and also does video and photography work as a side business. In addition, Geryll serves as a board member for Anabaptist Perspectives, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting biblical, historical, and theological discussions via digital media.
