Brand New just built 4 Bedroom 3 Full Bath home walking distance to all attractions.

Perfect Family friendly home with open spacious layout. 2 blocks from the beach / Boardwalk, 1.5 block from the water park and the bay. Conveniently located in the center of all the attractions. House right on Ferris wheel block with sunroom with wet bar leading to the open roof top deck. Great for summer outdoor gatherings for family and friends to enjoy the beautiful view of sunrise / sunset.

Ground floor includes 2 car garage with entrance to main living area as well as entrance to backyard with covered patio, outdoor private shower and charcoal grill. 3 parking spots with Garage for 2 cars, Driveway for 1 car.

First floor features living room with walk out deck, sectional couch, dining room, kitchen, breakfast bar, full bath and bedroom with queen bed.

Second floor has master bedroom with ensuite bath and walk out deck, one bedroom with 2 twin beds, one bedroom with 2 bunk beds twin over full with pullout twin trundle. Full bath with shower/tub and washer and dryer.

Third floor has sunroom with sofa and wet bar.

The outdoor living space consist of 3 decks and back yard covered patio. 1st deck is off the living room and 2nd deck is off the master bedroom and an open roof top deck walk out from the Sunroom with amazing sunrise/sunset views and Ferris Wheel. Covered patio in the fenced in backyard with a charcoal grill , picnic table and private outdoor shower.

8 beach badges included with rental and additional can be purchased at beach. Children 11 and under are free. Beach chairs, umbrella, bikes are available for use.

Between Memorial Day thru Labor day only!!! (linen will not be provided)
* Bed sheets, pillowcases and comforter ARE NOT PROVIDED with your stay during high season. Guest to bring their own. Owner will provide pillows, small quilts, hand towels and limited bath towels. Please bring extra if needed.
Linen service referral is available upon request.

*For the guest’s safety, this house is equipped with two security cameras. A Ring Video Doorbell located next to the front door that has the ability to record video and audio. A Ring Floodlight camera above the garage door that also has the ability to record video and audio.

Wow!

We stayed for the weekend with our kids and grandkids. From the second we stepped into the house we felt spoiled! The house is beautiful, very clean, and very well supplied. The grandkids had lots to keep them busy. Communication with the owner was excellent. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!

The best place to stay!

We’ve been vacationing at the Jersey Shore for many years. This is the best home and hosts we’ve ever had. The house is beautiful and impressively clean. The location is perfect because it’s quiet but a short walk to the boardwalk & beach. Many thanks to the hosts for a wonderful experience!! They thought of everything to make the stay truly easy and pleasant.

Fantastic Family Fun!

This beautiful property was perfect for our larger group. It was clean and very spacious with room for everyone to be together but also space if you wanted to enjoy some quiet time on one of the decks or upstairs den. It was a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Perfect for parking up to 4 cars. Many things to do within walking distance, like miniature golf and pickleball. Enjoyed using the bikes. Very well supplied!

Dominic’s shore house

My son renamed the house after him, Dominic’s shore house. We had a blast staying on your property, everything from the spacious backyard to the game room. The kids loved the amount of room they had giving we got stuck unisex for a day and a half due to the rain. We look forward to hopefully spending another vacation with you! Thank you

Fabulous

This house was amazing. It was super clean and very short walk to the boardwalk.The bedrooms were huge. compared to some of the houses around there, we all slept comfortably. Perfect for parking up to 4 cars. I would absolutely hands down stay here again.

Perfect!

This house was AWESOME for our family of 4 adults and 5 teenagers The game rooms toom uostairs was a perfect hangout for the teens and away from the bedrooms when thry wanted yo stay up late . The hostess was awesome! Answering any questions I had and went out of her way to make our stay perfect !!!

The PERFECT house for a Seaside getaway!

I wish I could give this property and it’s owners more than 5 stars! Our stay was absolutely perfect, from the location, space, amenities, property owner communication, the list could go on! I reserved this property for my husbands 30th birthday weekend and my whole family was more than comfortable at this gorgeous house. The property has truly everything you could need and the walking distance to the boardwalk is such a dream! I could not be happier with booking our stay at this property and am so appreciative to the amazing hosts for making our seaside weekend even better than expected. If you are thinking about booking this property, don’t give it another thought and just do it! You will not regret it!

Great vacation home!

This a beautiful property and it was perfect for our larger group. Very spacious with room for everyone to be together but also space if you want to enjoy some quiet time on one of the decks or upstairs den. Many things to do within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood although you are a short walk to the boardwalk. Very well supplied!

Wonderful family vacation

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this home. It is immaculately clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. An easy walk to the boardwalk and beach yet a feeling of quiet and privacy in the house. The hosts are responsive and generous. We can’t wait to return!

Great rental!

Cynthia was always available for questions and quick responses. The house was very clean. The walk to the beach seemed a tad long when it us hot and you're carrying all of your stuff, but overall great house.

Great stay at the beach!

Our family loved our stay at the house. It was a perfect setup to be close to the beach and boardwalk and an easy bike ride to anything else we wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Property

The house was very clean, well equipped, and in a great location. The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure you have everything you need for your stay and are very responsive to any questions. We particularly enjoyed having the multiple levels and balconies, which allowed our group of 9 to easily space out. The large living group was perfect though for when we wanted to gather. Overall, would highly recommend.

Beautiful accommodations with wonderful open air spaces

The house was beautiful.- much more spacious than I had anticipated. It was clean and well-equipped with everything you needed. The property owners were incredibly responsive to our questions (they responded within minutes) and even went the extra mile to return some items we had left behind. We utilized all floors and really enjoyed the roof top and balconies. The only negative-which ended up being ok in the end - is that after we had placed out down payment we were informed that they had exchanged a Queen size bed for 2 twins. Although I understood why they may feel this is a better option it does put some people (like myself) having to decide which of her children … both pretty much newlyweds get the twin beds as well as having to purchase sheets for the twins. It all worked out and all in all it was great. I may look to rebook for next year!

Perfect location

This house is beautiful, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We were down for the Polar Plunge so the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Owners were very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend this home.

Loved it!

Looking for a gorgeous spacious home, near the beak, tons of amenities, and a gracious host, then look no further. Cynthia was amazing from the beginning. I spent thanks giving here with my family and we had a great time. Everyone loved the home, especially the Pac-Man machine. Although it was a bit cold outside for my stay, it is the perfect home for a summer getaway. Can’t wait to book again

Owner is amazing

This house is beautiful with all its upgrades. You can tell the family really puts in a lot of effort to maintain this property. The kitchen was well stocked. And the roof top deck is to die for. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing Stay

The property we stayed at for Labor Day weekend was all first class. Absolutely beautiful brand new place about 3 blocks from the boardwalk. The landlord was on top of everything to make our stay enjoyable from having propane and charcoal there to also having extra linens and beach chairs and umbrellas. I cannot say enough about how nice of a place this is and how wonderful the home owner was to deal with during this process. If anyone be wants a gorgeous home only blocks away from the beach and boardwalk this is the house. Planning I’m going back already next year!

Beautiful Beach House!

Cynthia‘s Beachhouse was absolutely perfect for our multi generational group of eight. Grandparents parents and teenagers all found a place that they could be comfortable. Very well stocked for cooking. Clean. Plenty of room for our beach things, bikes and cars. on a surprisingly quiet neighborhood street close to the boardwalk. Everybody was very friendly! And close to anything you want at the beach. Highly recommend this property. We would definitely vacation again here.!
