This place is so great. The location, the views, the set up... the host gave us great dinner recommendations!!! I would recommend a golf cart rental! Thanks for a great, short but quality stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property! The home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the entire process—they were responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out seamless.The amenities were beautiful and thoughtfully provided, adding to the overall experience and making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Beautiful property on beach. Very responsive owner and very friendly housekeeper if you use her mid visit. Quite remote. Quiet. Don’t need golf cart unless you cannot walk much, and it stupidly priced.

It was extremely peaceful! Supermarket was a Short taxi ride away. Very quiet and serene. A true getaway from all the noise and everyday hustle!

The property was better than described! The layout was perfect for the 6 of us including a toddler & baby. The unit is beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. We had Claudia cook for us a few times which did not disappoint even though we weren’t sure if we would like Dominican food. It was delicious. The view from the balcony was spectacular and hearing the ocean waves was truly relaxing. The location was very convenient, close to the 2 pools and the beach. Our host, Nicole was very responsive and attentive to our requests and needs before and during our stay. The only downside is the noisy construction in the unit below which is supposed to be completed in 2 months. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect holiday home

The place was absolutely stunning and had everything you could wish for. The beach is just downstairs and if you're tired of the waves, you can dive into the pool instead. The area is very safe, but also offers variety of things to do. The owner is very helpful and has answers to all possible questions. Can't wait to go back!

Fabulous Long Weekend by the Beach!

Beautiful view of the beach, spacious for a family of 5 and walking distance to pools and a great restaurant on the water. We came for a wedding and this was a perfect place to hang and enjoy Cap Cana! Nicole was a very attentive host and gave great recommendations on local places. The marina was very quiet this time of year (Jan) but the weather perfect. We would love to come back!

Amazing Views

The condo was a wonderful place to stay. Very close to the beach/swimming pool. Api beach was awesome. Nicole was very prompt to responding to any questions we had,and actually calling us to make sure everything was well once we arrived.Overall this was the perfect place for us.

This home has a beautiful view to the ocean and the beds are very comfortable. It’s spacey and comfortable. The property manager, house cleaner and waiters at Maralia restaurant took very good care of us.
