This second floor property has a great view of the Bay and is only minutes away from Atlantic City and the beach! Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the back deck where there is a gas fireplace or the sunrise from the front deck. Yes, even though this is a second floor unit you have access to the boat dock, grass area downstairs and there is plenty of parking. You can see water from almost every window in the house! The unit has everything you may need for your stay including sheets, bath/beach towels and washer and dryer! Each bedroom has their own TV and complimentary WiFi for the entire house.

The Brigantine Paddle Club is only a few houses away from us and they have tons of paddle boards and kayaks available for rent. Beach tags included with rental with a refundable deposit.

Girls Weekend

We had a lovely stay in this property. We had a small issue which was quickly resolved by the owner. All in all, a lovely time in this cute home.

Great Stay!!

Communication was excellent, the owners were only a text away and were very responsive. There were plenty of blankets and pillows and a fully stocked kitchen making us feel right at home. We enjoyed some board games and it was great to have tvs in every room. It was a 10 minute drive to the trop for the cheer competition we were in town for and was so much better than staying in a smoky casino. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice getaway, excellent views, Excellent host.

The property was exactly as advertised. The location was great. The host was very responsive. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay.

Good location - plenty of parking

We were 4 adult men staying for a golf getaway. Overall the home fit our needs. The home needs some attention to improve the living conditions. Beds in 2 of the bedrooms need replacing. They had no support, and it was like sleeping in a hammock. TV does not use Xfnity or Verizon, but used You Tube as service provider. If you are not familiar with You Tube, it can be challenging. Had no instructions on using the TV. Had to contact the owner to try to figure it out. Closets in some of the bedrooms were filled with the owners assorted things. Owners were responsive to our request, and helped us out when we needed help.

Peaceful

The view from the deck was amazing! The area was beautiful and quiet. Atlantic City was minutes away. Great restaurants were nearby. The house was equipped with all we needed to enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend.

Relaxing Beach Getaway!

We had a relaxing. The home is conveniently located to everything, and every amenity was thought of. It was like home away from home.

Yearly trip home

It felt like Home as I was raised on the bay in Brigantine back 50 or so years ago. My Grandparents lived at 4217 when I was in high school at Holy Spirit High. My oldest daughter traveled with me as usual . We have family on the island as well offshore too. Your home felt like home. Thank you !

Great location for business trip

Spectacular sunset

We had a wonderful weekend visiting family. The sunsets at the property were amazing. My husband also caught a striper from the dock. Would love to come again!

Convenient Location

It was able to accommodate 8 of us and still had space to spare. The sunsets were beautiful. I didn’t need to go anywhere, the deck and dock was enough for me.

Great property with an amazing view

Stayed with my family for a few days,5 adults total. We had amazing weather , enjoyed the beach and great food and saw Bill Burr at Hard Rock. House is very spacious. Plenty of room for us all. We only used the coffee maker and toaster because we ate most meals out but house has all you need to make your meals at home. Beds were comfy and despite being off the main road it was really quiet at night. Owners were very receptive and answered questions quickly! Would definitely recommend this home for your Brigantine stay!

Awesome place!

It was perfect. Our family came together to attend a wedding, there was eight of us. We found everything we needed, hair dryers, extra towels and blankets. The place was very clean and the beds comfortable- The owners answered all my texts promptly and were extremely accommodating. They allowed a late checkout so, the young ones in our group could enjoy the wave runner rentals next door, making the end our trip so much more enjoyable! Thank you for sharing such a lovely home with us.

A lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well appointed home. We especially appreciated the sunroom with the beautiful bay view and spectacular sunsets. The boat dock was an added bonus, to walk out on and enjoy all the beautiful birds. Our host Brittany was always pleasant and promt to respond to any inquiries.
