We loved everything about our stay here. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was gorgeous and the sky bridge made it super convenient to get there. The beach service was awesome- so nice to have our chairs and umbrella waiting for us every day. The beach bar was great too. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we’re back in the area.

We had a great room. It was very clean but needed some upgrades. The blinds were old and didn't cover the whole windows in the bedrooms. Not enough dish washer soap or toilet paper for 4 guests. Trash pickup trucks made very loud noises very early in the morning. Street noise was annoying at times. We did enjoy ourselves there. Just pointing out improvements needed.

Very convenient location. There is a bridge that goes across the street directly to the beach. The beach is a private beach just for the condos in the high-rise. The room came with a free beach umbrella and two chairs, which was really convenient. The condo resort has a pool, a small baby or young kids pool and two Jacuzzi’s. There is a small restaurant in the resort. The property is walking distance to the whales tail, which is a beachside restaurant. Also walking distance to some other stores. Parking is easy in the garage. There was plenty of space available while we were there. The view is great. There’s a nice balcony that you can relax on. The property is located in Miramar Beach, which is east of Destin proper and it’s a more upscale community compared to the West End of the Peninsula, which is Dustin proper. The area felt very safe. I traveled with my wife and two young children, and we all had a good time.

Early Birthday Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The kids especially. I loved the in house restaurant and beach access. I dont do lizards and did not see one on this trip. The views were fantastic.

Although the views from our 14th floor were absolutely beautiful. Our host was very friendly!The condo itself needs extreme updating and cleaning. The building itself kept the place immaculate. We were not informed that the swimming pool was closed and we never were able to use it during our stay. Nor did we receive any type of credit for this inconvenience. If you have asthma, this is not the place for you. I came down with severe asthma attack while staying there. I wish I could give a better review. This was our first snow bird experience. Love the location

Hi, I was surprised to hear that you felt the condo was in need of cleaning as you did not mention that to me during your stay of 2 months. I checked in on you several times and kept you updated re: the pool closure. As I had explained, the pool was to be opened Jan. 1, but there were unfortunate delays which were out of our control as the building is in charge of the common areas and amenities. We manage quite a few units in this building and none of our other snowbirds requested any compensation for the pool being closed during the winter. We are happy to report that the pool is open and guests are enjoying it.

Enjoyed our stay

Comfortable and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Great view and liked having beach access directly across the street. Property manager was accommodating in letting us know that the condo was ready for early check-in. We would stay here again.

The view was great of the morning sunrise and the Gulf!

The kitchen was well equipped. Great shower, plenty of pillows and mattress was comfortable. We felt this unit was a good value for the money. Would stay here again.

Amazing view of the beach!

Our experience with the owners were nothing short of amazing! Very responsive and checked in on us via text to make sure our stay was going well. The place was nice and clean with plenty of room. We definitely will stay again!! Highly recommend.
