Amalfi Coast 3BR/3BA Luxury Condo on the Gulf

Amalfi Coast #308A is a beautiful third floor unit located at Amalfi Coast Resort on 8.6 acres of tropical landscape with 362 feet of beautiful white sandy beaches. This unit is over 1750 square feet of spacious living. This unit was totally renovated in June 2020. It has three full bedrooms and three full baths, a full kitchen, a full laundry room, two balconies overlooking two pools (one heated in winter) and the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With this unit is a reserved parking space in a covered garage. On property is also a pond with footbridge and two tennis courts. A fitness center is located on our property as well. The property is located at 778 Scenic Gulf Drive(Old Hwy 98). Within one mile is Silver Sands Outlet Mall, several grocery stores, golf, dozens of restaurants, the post office and unlimited shopping. The brand new state of the art Sacred Heart hospital including a full service dialysis unit and helicopter service is three miles down the road.

This condo has three bedrooms and three full baths. There are two king size beds and one queen size bed as well as a sofa bed and a port a crib. The master bedroom has a private balcony, large walk-in closet and large private bath with separate tub and shower. Each room has a television, VCR and DVD players. Wireless internet included as well.

I think you will find this three bedroom condo one of the most spacious and comfortable in Destin.

This condo was very spacious & everything was as super clean. The laundry room was nice & had extra space. Debbie was quick to respond to a couple of questions I had & super helpful. She even called the week before we came, which was really nice! The beach view from the balcony was beautiful. The 2 pools were great & not crowded. We also had a great view of them from our balcony. The pond out front had fish & turtles that our grandchild loved watching & feeding. The location is close to the end of scenic gulf dr, by the outlet mall & not as much traffic. Winn Dixie is just a few minutes from the condo & had everything we needed. The property has lots of luggage & shopping carts to get stuff to the room easily. We also appreciated the assigned parking spot in the garage, especially on the rainy days. We definitely plan to return to this condo next year & many years to come!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The rooms were large and very clean. The host ensured we were all happy with our stay. Had plenty of Beautiful views from the balcony. This property is one of the best in Miramar Beach!

We absolutely loved our stay and Miramar Beach! Our kids asked several times throughout the trip if we could come back and stay in the same condo every year.

Great place and perfect location!

Property was as described! Large, clean and great location. Balcony has a great view of the gulf! We enjoyed staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great condo!

What a great place to stay! Condo was clean and had plenty of room for all of us! Very good view of the gulf from the balcony. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants. We have stayed at Amalfi Resort several times and it never disappoints!

Great Destin area resort condo

Great 3 bedroom condo, clean, easy access to the beach, property is well maintained. Two large outside pools with plenty of shaded tables with chairs. Owner had good communication with our group and very easy to work with. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Perfect spot for our family trip

Debbie’s condo is definitely our favorite & preferred place to stay while visiting Miramar Beach. The condo is welcoming, clean and well stocked from the kitchen to extra beach gear. The grounds of Amalfi are gorgeous and well maintained. Debbie is easy to reach if needed. We have stayed many times and plan to again in the future.

Great ocean views and location.

Our family enjoyed a great week. The condo is very spacious, updated and clean. The location is perfect with a short walk across the street to the beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking or biking distance. We enjoyed the pools and quietness of the secured gated community. Great communication with the owner.

Amazing Rental

This is the best rental we’ve had at Destin. Great views of the gulf and pool. Fully stocked kitchen and a lot of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. Private baths for each of the three bedroom! Thank you for an awesome trip!!

A Walk at the Beach

The property was great. Loved being able to see the gulf from the balcony. We saw dolphins several days, without the aid of binoculars! The location is within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Morning walks on the beach and afternoons at the pool. The pool area was wonderful and the beach is right across the road.

annual trip to destin with family condo spacious and clean and nice furniture plenty dish ware and pots to cook with port a crib and beach chairs made it very nice! email owner with questions and she got right back have walk across street to get to beach which is public but not crowded and so nice!

Fun in the Sun

Beautiful balcony view of ocean while sipping coffee every morning, short walk to public beach w new ramp/bathroom facilities at beach. Our condo was comfortable and clean and suited our family of 7 perfectly. We have been coming to Destin for 12 years now and love staying at Amalfi Coast.

Beautiful place to stay with family

We had a wonderful experience a great place to stay very clean, all the rooms were very large everyone had there own bathroom. Beautiful view of the ocean while sitting outside. Location was great whatever you needed was close by. Dealt with the owner directly instead of a management company which was very nice. The owner was very nice and welcomed us into her home. We hope someday we can stay there again!

Location

This location is so close to the beach! Unit was great. Everything you need. Clean!! shopping carts and luggage carts were such a nice touch with getting things to the unit.

Family Get Away

We had originally booked our family vacation in Clearwater Florida but due to adverse weather conditions (2 separate Hurricanes) we had to switch last minute to this location. It was as good or better than our standard condo we have been renting over the last five years. Debbie was awesome and the condo was exactly what we were looking for.

Home Away from Home

The property was incredible! We stayed just a few doors down and couple of years ago and this property put the other one to shame. I usually never try to stay at the same place when visiting but I will definately try to stay here and the same condo again! Thank you for sharing your second home with us!!!

Great condo and wonderful owner.

Honestly we loved the condo and would probably stay there again. The owner was super responsive and wonderful to deal with. The condo was clean and well furnished and equipped. The only feedback that I think would be helpful is that 2/3 beds were softer than we would have liked.

Wonderful Beachside Gem

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well stocked with essentials for cooking. The home had a pack and play and a few utensils for baby/toddlers. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The walk to the beach was a breeze. There were some beach toys for us to use. We visited mid-March and the beach wasn't crowded. We enjoyed taking the kids to the pool and sitting out by the fire pit in the evening. Highly recommend. Our family would love to stay here again.

Amazing condo

Debbie’s condo was the perfect choice for our family vacation! First off, she called to introduce herself and ask if I had any questions about the property before our arrival. I’ve never had an owner do that before and it was much appreciated. The condo is so spacious and clean. The kitchen is stocked well with cookware and utensils. Plenty of beach chairs available as well as an umbrella! Loved everything about our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

Our family had a great vacation and enjoyed the condo very much. The place was very clean, everything we needed was provided. We did buy additional toilet paper and detergent to wash clothes as well as paper towels and trash bags. (Which we expected) We left the detergent, and trash bags for future guest. We were extremely impressed with all that was provided. The location is perfect and very easy access to the beach. The only thing that I can say that was not 100% perfect was the lack of towels and wash cloths. We did not have enough for everyone to shower without washing 1-2 times daily. Not a huge deal-just an idea for future guest you may want to bring some bath towels and wash cloths. There are plenty of beach chairs, toys and umbrella. There was a play pen as well that was provided. I cannot say enough positive information about the property or the owner. We would definitely stay again if back in the area.

Inaccurate listing

The checkin process was easy and the condo was clean, but the listing said it slept 8, which was inaccurate. The only place to sleep, aside from the 3 beds was on the couch. It wasn’t even a pullout, just sleep on the couch. The owner said my other family could sleep on the couch or on air mattresses, and when I asked where the air mattresses were the owner never responded. Bottom line is that the condo doesn’t sleep what the listing promised. Also the sheets on the bed were absolutely terrible, they were very thin and balled. The entire fitted sheet was piled. And mattresses were obviously very old and uncomfortable to the point that both my husband and I had sore backs in the morning. There were no extra blankets either so we slept with sweatshirts on most nights. The condo was very clean and it had a great location but I wouldn’t recommend staying here under these circumstances.

I'm sorry you were disappointed with your stay. All of the mattresses are less than five years old. As a matter of fact we actually get compliments on the mattresses all of the time. We always try to please our guests, family and friends. Most of the time we cater to families with children. It is very unlikely we have more than six adults because usually adults don't have a desire to sleep on a sofa bed. All of the bedrooms are large enough for air mattresses and or a crib. In your booking request you stated you had five adults. With 2 king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, it should have been enough to accommodate. If you had more than 6 adults in your party I would have advised looking for a property that would sleep more adults comfortably. Your comfort is our priority.
