beautiful unit in excellent location

As always we enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Molino de Aqua. This unit was great and well equipped. The property manager was very pleasant and attentive. We had a terrific time in Puerta Vallarta!

Molina De Agua January 2024

We have gone to Molina De Agua for almost 20 years and love every place we have stayed at. This year was not exception, the place was fabulous with great views and spacious accommodations. Everything was wonderful.

Perfection!

We had a perfectly marvelous week in this beautiful condo. Everything about this property is really wonderful! We are repeat visitors to Molina de Agua and truly will never stay anywhere else in Puerto Vallarta. The location is perfect for eating & shopping & relaxing, both on the lovely terrace & inviting pool. Fabulous vacation!

If we could live there full time we surely would. In our 11 years of ownership we have always been thrilled to return to see how nice our complex is kept and to see same happy workers as 11 years ago when Molino was first open.

Scuba trip

Property was accurately described. Its location to the beach and downtown was excellent. It’s right in the middle of it all. Pool area was very nice overlooking the beach, and had a pool bar. Great view of the ocean and the town. Xavier was very helpful at check in and out. I would recommend this property to anyone!

The best spot for the family holiday

Excellent accommodation for five adults with a beautiful view to see the sunsets and traveling whales. Between the location, the salt water pool and grounds and being right in the romantic section of Pv - it exceeded our expectations! The owners of this unit have taken great care in decorating and stocking their Well appointed home in Mexico. We will be back!!!!

Wonderful Stay!

This is our 3rd time to Molino de Agua and it’s by far our favorite place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. The complex is gorgeous, secure, and perfectly located. This is an absolutely beautiful condo and IMMACULATE. A very high standard of clean! We loved our time lounging on the deck and watching life unfold below us. We also appreciated the wonderful beds and divine high-thread-count sheets—we slept so well every night! A perfect stay—hope to come back!

Superbly Spectacular

We searched and stayed in many places in PV and were glad we chose Casa Del Sol. The minute you walk in the view takes your breath away. The owners are great to deal with and had a welcome basket upon arrival with a personal card. The staff are excellent and will help you with anything. The location is got to the best in PV for shopping and eating in the many restaurants all within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying at Casa Del Sol for a luxurious experience. Thanks Marlene for a great stay !

Outstanding!

The condo is beautifully decorated with an extra-large patio with a fantastic ocean view. The bedrooms are super comfortable. The location is close to dozens of restaurants and shops, yet quiet and relaxing. The owners graciously provided every amenity you could imagine. The support and security staff are friendly and helpful. I'd be hard-pressed to think of anything that needs improvement. I am looking forward to coming back next year!

Excellent Vacation...Excellent Location...Excellent Condo

This was our second vacation in Puerto Vallarta. During our first stay, we stayed across the street from Molino De Agua and always wanted an opportunity to see these condos. So when we were planning our second trip, we saw that there were several condos available at Molino De Agua and chose this particular condo. This was the best decision we could have made. The condo was perfect. The location is in an ideal part of Puerto Vallarta, right on Malacon and walking distance to what I view is the absolutely best area of PV. The development is one of the most attractive and well-maintained in the area. The people working at the development are both very friendly and helpful, further, the management company used by the owner was very helping in arranging airport transportation, excursions, dining and cleaning of the unit. The actual condo is well-maintained, attractive, stocked with everything you need and exceptionally comfortable...plus the balcony overlooks the ocean, with the sounds of the wave breaking made this the location where we spent most of the time. We would definitely like to plan another vacation to stay in this particular unit again.

Fabulous! Luxurious! Highly Recommend!

I would highly recommend staying at Casa del Sol. It is a beautiful and luxurious condo. The photos are accurate and depict the stunning nature of the accommodations. The location is fabulous, close to shops and eating and beach. Plenty to do. Buses and taxis are easy to get--though we rarely needed them; the board walk and ocean are right outside the gate in one direction and the romantic zone, downtown is out the other gate. The terrace and the pool face the river and the ocean. The pool has a walkup/swimup bar. We could not have been happier with our selection of Casa del Sol. The owners were available and responsive to communication all along the way. The agent on site was very, very helpful to our questions; the doormen were welcoming and courteous; the maid cleaned on several occasions and did a wonderful job. The condo itself is well equipped with everything needed for a lovely time, including plenty of information packets and notes around to make using the tv, wifi, dvds, phones, etc., accessible. We were a family of 6 and found the spaceiousness perfect. I highly recommend Casa del Sol, and we would absolutely stay there again.

Amazing condo

Our family of 4 spent Christmas 2012 at Casa del Sol and we were blown away. We liked the photos on VRBO very much but once we were actually there and standing on the beautiful terrace, felt the warmth of the air and the spectacular views onto the city and Pacific Ocean, we knew this was paradise. The place is beautifully decorated with original artwork and everywhere you look it's first class. The beds/mattrasses are one of the best we've ever slept in and the kitchen is state-of-the-art. Marlene has decorated the place perfectly; we even had a welcome basket with some food and wine when we arrived. With an abundance of great restaurants in PV we tried to eat out as much as possible and have one recommendation to make: It's called Bistro Theresa and it is on the way to Mismaloya (about a 15 min walk). Casa del Sol's location is absolutely perfect. The beach is only steps away and the Malecon, the boardwalk, where locals and tourists walk all day long is right there. On the Malecon you find quite intersting art work but also local artists showing off their skills. Along the beach and Malecon there are numerous very good restaurants. The infinity pool is stunning and the gardens around are kept meticulously Marlene recommended not renting a car and we really did not need a car. There are taxis across the street from Molino de Agua and we felt safe walking. Carlos, the property manager and Olga the maid were very professional as were the security people manning the gates, who knew all our names when we entered the property. All in all we felt absolutely safe at Molino de Agua and in Puerto Vallarta.

Absolutely Amazing Stay

My boyfriend, parents, and I stayed at Casa del Sol for a week in October/November 2011, and we were absolutely blown away by the luxurious condo. We typically stay at an all-inclusive resort in town, but decided to try staying in a condo. After our stay at Casa del Sol, we will never stay at a hotel in PV again! The condo is beautifully decorated with African and Mexican inspired decorations. I cannot say enough about the view from the front balcony. We spent many wonderful afternoons and evenings sipping a glass (or two) of wine and watching the world pass by. It is so relaxing to watch the boats passing by and the children playing in the river, and we had fun trying to spot iguanas in the nearby trees. The bedrooms were wonderfully appointed and private. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were large. Although we did not utilize the third bedroom, I think it would be a perfect room for children. There are no windows in the third room, but it is still quite spacious. The kitchen had a variety of utensils and classy looking plates and dishes. One evening, we used a catering company called No Small Affair (whcih Marlene suggested) to cook dinner for the four of us. The food was absolutely delicious, and it was great to spend a wonderful evening on the patio sharing an intimate meal. We have traveled to Puerto Vallarta several times and have never been overly concerned about safety issues. For those that are slightly nervous to travel here, however, please rest assured that Molino de Agua is very secure. There are gates in front of the condo complex, and two employees who watch over the entrances. From the moment we contacted Marlene, we were floored by her professionalism and prompt communications. Her condo is impeccably maintained and luxurious. We look forward to returning in the future!

Our family of five has stayed in the complex several times. The units are generous and the open air terraces with water views are wonderful. The unit was well appointed and had everything we needed.

Fantastic apartment

This apartment had everything—tons of space, nicely decorated, and what a great balcony! The property is in a great location, has a fantastic pool and swim-up bar, and the staff we encountered were very friendly. Ron was great to work with (including when we decided to extend our stay) and the management company was very helpful in arranging airport transportation, Covid tests, and even an in-home personal chef. All in all, a wonderful place for a great vacation.

Wonderful property!

A beautiful property and just as you see in the photos. The condo has everything you need! The kitchen is fully stocked and even has many entertaining pieces. The property is right in the middle of all the action, but is paradise on its own! The property manager was amazing and had quick and easy communication with all questions. Favorite Place to stay in PV

We have stayed in this building before and this unit does not disappoint! Wonderful views of the pool, ocean and malicon from the unit and the overall location of the building is the best. The pool is the largest in PV and my kids enjoy it as much as I do. The staff at the pool bar make top notch drinks and from scratch ceasar salad that blew me away for not just a pool bar, but any restaurant. The property manager was great and the cleaner even washed and folded our laundry that we found when we came from from the pool. Unit has everything you could want.

Awesome stay!

We had a wonderful time at 609! The condo itself is beautiful and very generously supplied with just about everything you could possibly need. The manager was very responsive and explained the ins and outs of the condo during check in. The owners were flexible with our check out and very communicative. The location is perfect and walking distance to everything, and pool and grounds are beautiful! Looking forward to our next trip!

Beautiful Property

This is a great property with a beautiful bay view. The property is extremely well maintained and tastefully decorated. . The location is on the Malecon is fantastic although you are going to get some noise occasionally from the Malecon. We would stay here again without a second thought.
