Stayed for the second time in less than a year...just as good as we remembered

Property was very well appointed with great instructions / communication from the property manager. A 100 year old home, but very well laid out and plenty of room for everyone. Good location and very secure. Hope to stay again!

Great Waco gem!

Stayed here with 6 other couples. Great property with good backyard to hang out in. Second time we stayed here. Will be back again!

Great place for a large family. Great yard too! Very comfortable and cozy.

Downtown Celebration

Perfect location near downtown. 7 large bedrooms with great public spaces. It was a perfect weekend with family.

The house was very nice-roomy and attractive. Neighborhood not so much.

Perfect spot!

This place is amazing! had plenty of rooms and beds for everyone who joined us for a mini vacation to Waco! i love how close this house is to all the fun things Waco has to offer! check in is easy, house was clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of parking and all around a nice place!! 10/10 recommend this place to stay~

Great time in Waco for Easter

Enjoyed the time at this property - very clean, comfy environment, lots of open space for the family to relax together over the long weekend. Enjoyed the backyard one evening with the fire pit and lights.

Perfect stay for my wedding weekend

My bridal party and I stayed here for the weekend of my wedding, and it was the perfect space for us. SO much space, great living/lounging areas, and a big dining room space and table that served as a great place for hair and makeup artist to work their magic. Would absolutely recommend!

Staying at Sunny Gem

This was a wonderful home in which to stay. Clean. Lovely setting and yard. Great parking and location. I’d strongly recommend it. We had ten adult and nine small children.

Girls trip #202-

The house was beautiful and just right for a group of friends on a girls trip. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were close in location to the silos and other points of interest. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. We would recommend staying in this beautiful house!

Plenty of Room

We were in town for a workshop and needed the space to prep. The large dining room table was perfect for the assembly line of items. We all had our own private rooms and wished we had booked an extra night to truly enjoy the living spaces inside and out.
