Nestled between Bozeman and Big Sky, this cozy three-bedroom home offers end-of-the-road privacy, central air-conditioning, and direct access to the Gallatin River trail. Enjoy the peaceful forested setting with aspens and cottonwoods right outside your door.

A bit of confusion at check in, but once that was taken care of everything was wonderful. We especially liked having the walking path next to the property. Everything was spotless and well stocked. We plan to stay here again next year.

This home was great for our family of five during out stay in Bozeman. It is centrally located and has enough space for everyone. They were super flexible with us when our visit was unexpectedly extended by a day. Would definitely stay here again.

Great rental in convenient location.

The home was very nice, in a quiet area. The Four Corners area of Bozeman has everything you need but is also very close to Bozeman and restaurants.

Perfect Stay

This was the perfect rental for a wedding at the venue next door. The house was spotless, and everyone loved the amenities. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. I would highly recommend this property.

Cabin Fever Getaway

Great place

It was the perfect launching pad for our Big Sky adventures. Brewery within walking distance, hot springs near by. House was clean and comfortable.

New house, great location to Big Sky and Bozeman

We rented this house for our son’s spring break. Location was amazing, house was newer with great amenities, and the neighborhood was great. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful place to stay!

Our family of 6 adults stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed this beautiful property very much. We loved walking to the river and sitting on the porch and eating dinner in the well stocked kitchen. The proximity to Bozeman is perfect for all the great things the city has to offer! A definite do over!

Lyons Depot Weekend

The property was nice, comfortable and as described. Nice trail behind the home and friendly neighbors. Garbage had not been taken out of garage from previous guests and there was a lot. Reached out to property manager. They offered to come get it if it bothered us. We suggest bringing own Paper Products.

The house was great! Loved the back deck in the mornings. Small items, not a big deal but there was no trash can in master bathroom, no dishwasher detergent so we had to run out and purchase some and no screen on one of the bedroom windows. We opened it at night to cool down the house when we arrived and since it was dark, we did not notice there was no screen. So there were a ton of bugs throughout the house until we realized it in the morning. Overall a nice stay however.

All was great! I side was clean and well furnished. The area was more compact and industrial than I realized but having the woods and river nearby was nice. The only issue I thought was in need of major upgrades was the outdoor furniture. It was so old and rickety that it was unusable. Needs replaced for sure!

I think this was the best rental property I’ve ever stayed in!!! it was so clean, The location was exactly as described (walkable to a river to fish), . Everything was so clean and nice, the beds were so comfortable and it was stuck with anything. I need on vacation, including scissors, duct, tape, and bear spray! The Location is amazing and we wish that we had our whole week here as opposed to splitting it up and going north. They asked how we would like to communicate text phone or email. I selected text and It was so easy and they responded so quickly for the great communication anytime we needed anything. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Montana.!
