River Ranch guesthouse was exactly as described and perfect for us. Everything from the pre-arrival communication to the checkout process was perfect. Luanna and her family are excellent hosts. We especially liked interacting with their farm animals, including our buddies the alpacas. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future!

Very enjoyable stay. The guest house is inviting, clean and comfortable. It is close to everything that was important for us to see. The owners were great and the property with the stream, view of the mountains and varies animals made this stay special and unique. I highly recommend it!

We loved our time at the River Ranch! Leanne and Bruce were great hosts and the location was perfect for our trips to both Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. LOVED the alpacas and the peacocks!

Quaint, peaceful setting. The cottage was clean and a perfect "home away from home" experience in Montana. Perfect for the two of us. The animals provided enjoyment and calmness. The hosts were quite personable and accommodating. A great stay.

We had a great stay. Very peaceful and was able to uber into town. Also very convenient to both Bozeman and the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

There are not 2 separate sleeping quarters. It is a combo living room bedroom this was falsely advertised and should be updated

John, our property was not falsely advertised. If you review the listing, you will see that it clearly states the sleeping arrangements include one queen bed and one sofa bed. There is no mention of a separate combo living space, so I'm not sure where the expectation came from . During your arrival, it seemed you were disappointed that there was no liquor store within walking distance, particularly since you had an uber drive you to the rental and your mention that you do not drive. You also appeared alarmed that you arrived to the airbnb which is on a farm out in the country and not in the middle of town. We always aim to provide an accurate description of the property and a positive experience for our guests. Based on our listing details, we do not believe your review fairly reflects the accommodations we provide.

My son and I enjoyed staying here while skiing Big Sky and Bridger Bowl. Short drive to downtown Bozeman as well. Apartment was very nice, and though small, was big enough for two. Bonus was being able to walk around the ranch and the river with views of the surrounding mountains.

Very easy check in. The host was very kind and helped me locate an extra key when I accidentally locked the door. They had cute animals on the farm. Beautiful view from the front porch. 10/10 stay.
