Spacious home with breathtaking views of Hendrick's Creek from every room. Full deck running the length of the house facing the lake. A lower patio area and fire pit for either morning coffee or s'mores in the evening. This is a quiet retreat into nature with all of the amenities of home. Perfect for a multi-family getaway sleeping up to 16 comfortably. For lake access you are with in an easy dive to four marinas (State Dock, Sulphur Creek, Hendrick's Creek, and Holly Creek) and a top rated public golf course.

This is the fourth year we have rented. House is excellent and has everything you need for a great stay. Always clean, new outside furniture this year along with new chairs around the fire pit. Definitely recommend and we will try to stay at this house every year we go back. Owner is excellent to work with and responds promptly to any questions.

DO NOT RENT

Our stay at this home initially seemed pleasant, but it ultimately turned into a total nightmare. When my wife went to shower in the master bathroom, we noticed very soon after that there was water pouring into the downstairs level. We located a crack in the shower floor, which appeared to be missing the foam underlay, which would have been necessary for a correct shower install. As you can see in the photos of the water damage to the downstairs ceiling, this was a long-standing issue.We took every precaution to minimize the damage, including catching the water as it fell, drying the mess in the basement, and not using the shower for the rest of our stay. I immediately contacted the owner to report the issue, thinking we were all on the same page. They thanked me for the heads-up and didn’t express any concern at the time. Fast forward TWO WEEKS, and I get hit with a 1,500 fine for “damaging” the shower, and now I'm expected to pay for a full replacement!Let me be clear: we did not cause the damage. It was a pre-existing, neglected maintenance problem that any responsible host should have addressed long before my stay. Instead, this owner is trying to push their repair costs onto paying guests. No proof was provided that we damaged the property.If you’re considering this rental, beware: you might get stuck footing the bill for their lack of upkeep. There are plenty of great hosts on VRBO—this one is NOT among them.

We loved this place!

This was our annual family trip to Dale Hollow. The Creekview Manor house was perfect for our growing family. The house was very clean and had more than enough room for our four couples and two children. The house is beautiful on the inside and out. Nice secluded location with a spectacular view of the lake. We will definitely be coming back!

I have stayed at several vacation properties and this has been by far the best! Location to Sulphur Creek for boating access was 10 minutes. View is spectacular! The space and sleeping arrangements very good.

Relaxing and golfing with life long friends!

This home was off the beaten path in wonderful setting over looking the valley with views of dale hollow lake and forest! Very peaceful and quiet with the amenities of a large home with plenty of room to have your on space if you wish or gather and enjoy your company! The full deck was very enjoyable to sit and enjoy the view! If you wish to cook or eat away there are 2-3 restaurants within 20 minutes to enjoy! The people in this area are very down to home and nice! Came down to play golf at the dale hollow resort golf course 20 minutes away and it was excellent!

Annual Golf Trip

This property is excellent in every way. Beautiful home with terrific view of the lake. The kitchen is supplied with everything we need. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms supplied with quality towels. Check in/out instructions are easy to follow and concise. 16 guys attended our 34th annual golf outing. We rented two additional homes in the area but Creekview Manor is the anchor where we assembled for dinners and breakfasts. After dinner everyone hangs out on the deck or by the fire pit for a few drinks and many laughs. This is the third consecutive year we have come to Dale Hollow Lake and will continue to come.

This is a great property that was just as advertised. Communication with owner was great! Property is 10 minutes from a marina and 20 minutes to the beautiful Dale Hollow state park golf course.

Family get away

We were very pleased with our stay . Tons of space to play games or just relax on the deck. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and more. We have stayed in many vrbo’s around Dale hollow and everyone said this was the best so far.

Family time

My grandkids absolutely love this place. This is our second year staying here for our family Christmas. The view is breathtaking, and the house is perfect. Love the decorations. We hope to make this a tradition every year.

Golf trip at Dale Hollow State Park

Great place. 15 minutes from Golf course. Perfect for any type of get away at Dale Hollow. Plenty of room, had 8 adults stay. House is well kept and has evrything you need.

Family Fall Trip

Our large family have vacationed @ Willow Grove in the summer months for 44 yrs, but was looking for a place we could all be together in one house for long wknd. This home was perfect for our family trip. Very spacious, clean, beautiful lake view, a lot of outdoor space. Plenty of parking space for cars & boats. Property manager was very kind, easy to contact & resolved a couple issues quickly. Comfortable beds, loved the large patios & deck. VERY quite location. Only a few minor things to address: No signs to which driveway to turn into. (one person drove into neighbors drive & was yelled at) Ran out of kitchen trash bags day 2. No instructions how to lock main door when leaving. Would like to have had larger refrigerator. Complete set of utensils for grill & not have to empty grill ashes. More table seating on upper deck and umbrellas (which appeared in VRBO) for shade. Maybe a pool table or other game table on bottom floor. We really loved this house!! We definitely recommend this location & will be back again & again.
