'Water Street' Loft is in on Warren’s historic waterfront on Narragansett Bay. In the 19th Century, it was a French club, a lace factory, and a showroom for Dyer Dinghies. The loft is perfect for lovers of art, designed by an artist focusing on regional art. The loft is on a street that ends within ½ block on a marina and near the town wharf. Warren is famous for its numerous restaurants, theater, live music, and unique shops, and artistic community. The town is a short drive to Newport, Providence, and RI’s many beaches. Boston is close enough for day tripping. To top it off there is a bike path that runs right through town connecting Providence and Bristol, R.I. You can walk down Water St, with its array of colonial houses and waterfront restaurants to the town beach, great for swimming, picnicking, and extensive recreation fields with baseball fields, basketball, and outdoor summer concerts. The loft is two-level with one bedroom ( queen) in an upstairs open loft with a private bathroom. Downstairs has a pullout queen-size sofa bed, full bathroom with soaking tub, fully equipped kitchen, and a barbecue for your use. The street ends at a public park with seating to view the bay. and is adjacent to Massasoit Park. Children and well-behaved dogs are welcome.

This was our 4th year at this rental and never disappointed. Check-in is very easy as is check-out. Property is dog friendly , walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Very cute place and great location. We enjoyed the artistic details throughout the space. Bed was very comfy and fully stocked so we were able to have a comfortable relaxing stay. Ghost was very responsive and made sure we were settled in.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect accommodations. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Host was extremely helpful with the couple questions we had. I loved the neighborhood with many great restaurants a couple minutes away. We would stay here again.

We spent several continuous weeks here in the spring and summer and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better location. Tucked into the beautiful historic area of Warren, the home is just a short walk to wonderful restaurants, the East Bay Bike Path, and the waterfront. The private entrance and the home’s unique touches, including Allison’s beautiful ceramic art throughout, made it feel like a special place rather than just a rental.Allison and Spencer were wonderful hosts and couldn’t have been more responsive whenever we needed anything. We truly loved our time here and found ourselves settling into the rhythm of Warren very quickly.One suggestion: if your schedule allows, consider booking a longer stay. A few nights will give you a taste of the area, but a few weeks might have you wondering if you can somehow convince Allison to let you stay forever.

South Loft

Walkable historic waterfront neighborhood. Friendly neighbors and excellent restaurants nearby. We stayed 6 weeks during summer. A very enjoyable trip.

The property was in a great location since I didn't have a car for two of the 3 weeks I was there. It was comfortable, quiet and I loved the little patio. I wish there had been beach chairs to use and the last 2 days we had to take cold showers because the owner couldn't get a plumber until the day we left.

Warren Retreat

The loft is a lovely apartment. We especially liked having the patio and grill right outside our front door. The location is excellent for us because we like to bike every day on the bike paths and this year I also biked Colt State Park and Poppasquash Road.

Home away from home💕

We visited Warren, RI from Ontario. What a pretty little town in beautiful Rhode Island. The local restaurants are a must do. Our accommodations were extremely comfortable. This is a beautiful two story loft with 1 1/2 baths, full kitchen, washer/dryer. Thank you Allison for your hospitality.

Another great stay!

My accommodations are owned by Allison, the same great person I rented from last year. The loft is housed in an old lace factory and has so much character. There is beautiful and unusual original art from various artists all over the loft, and it is very comfortable. I'm planning on coming back for my third year for a month long visit in 2024!

VERY clean. Well stocked with water in the fridge, some coffee and coffee filters, etc.Wireless worked well, but I struggled some to get local channels on the TV. Comfortable bed and a good shower. Minor complaints - the mat in the kitchen was a bit slippery underfoot and I couldn't get the hair drier to work. I would LOVE to stay here again!

Another great month in Warren

My wife and I lived in Warren, Barrington, and Bristol for most of our lives. We now reside in Venice, Florida, but we come back up for a month or two each summer. We have stayed at this particular property for six years now, and will be back next summer. We like working with Allison, we like the property, and we like the vibe in Warren,.

Beautiful Harborside Loft

Loft apartment was absolutely perfect. Nicely appointed down to the fresh flowers and welcome chocolate. Nicely updated. Location was fabulous with the harbor just down the street and tons of restaurants right in walking distance. Allison was very communicative and responsive and went out of her way to be accommodating to my needs. An A+ host!

Beautiful Space and Neighborhood!

I live in Florida now, but grew up in Rhode Island so know the state and cities very well. This is an ideal apartment/condo! Safe area, adorable, very clean place and charming. Allison was very responsive and a delight to communicate with! The shops and restaurants are excellent and you will be a very short walk to the waterfront with nice boats/ships and incredible view. I will be back to stay in May. Loved it all!!!

Lovely Loft

The property was great! A little confusing on first arrival to find the parking spot, as it was offsite. But it was just as described, and once we found it it was easy to get parked and get access to the property. The loft was clean and well equipped, and the owner left a nice little arrival basket of fruit and a bar of chocolate. They sent me a text the following morning asking if we'd found everything alright. Checkout was easy, and the whole experience was fantastic.

We loved this apartment! It was comfy, cozy, nicely laid out, and had everything we needed. Plus the art and design of the place made it so interesting — we noticed a new thing every day. Great location near many excellent restaurants. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great Getaway

Great place, walking distance to great restaurants. We had one day of bad weather that we ordered out, pizza, went to warm it up in the oven and no pizza pan nor cookie sheet. Bed was very comfortable. Had my coffee on the patio each morning Would definitely stay again.

Allison, the property manager/owner, goes the extra mile to make sure that her guests are comfortable and have everything that they need. This was our second year at the property, and we have already booked for next year

A bit of paradise in this coastal community

We adore this wonderful loft right on the water. The artwork alone is amazing! Allison presented us with a special welcome-flowers, fruit, candy, frosted mugs and so much more. The location is perfect for walking, great restaurants and unique shops and only minutes from the best bike trail in New England. I would stay again in a heartbeat! Don’t miss out on this great opportunity!!
