Nik's Nest is the perfect cabin for a small family or for 2 couples with kids. It features 2 king bedrooms and 2 full baths, each with beautiful tile showers. The cabin also has 2 roll-away beds in each bedroom. So, the cabin sleeps 6 or even 7 with someone sleeping on the large sectional in the family room. The open floor plan of Nik's Nest is perfect to relax in front of the gas-log fireplace while the chef of the group prepares a nice meal in the fully-stocked kitchen. After dinner, guests can relax in the hot tub under cover on the back deck next to the outside gas-log fireplace. The deck also has a large Smart TV for sports fans and music lovers. The outdoor chef of the group will love the propane gas grill. For entertainment, challenge your friends to a game of horseshoes and ladder ball out back. And, spend family time around a roaring fire at the fire pit with free firewood provided. Roast marshmallows, tell tall tales of the fish you missed that day, or just enjoy time together. Your stay at Nik's Nest will surely be filled with happy memories!

Love this cabin but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family has stayed at this cabin multiple times over the last few years. Location is great. Has privacy and is perfect size for us. But it is showing its age and road to it is terrible. Chairs at island worn. (3 stars) Dishwasher needs heating element replaced. Outside dining chairs need replaced. All things easily fixed. However road (3 stars) with huge potholes is terrible. Hope community will work with city to improve. (5 Stars) for property management who is great to work with. I will still recommend this cabin as it works well for us. Hopefully roads will be fixed before our next visit.

Fantastic Family Experience

The stay was a great experience for my family and I. All necessary things were available, the hot tub and fire pit were key features that we indulged in. Being able to stay at this cabin with its amenities and simplicity was an awesome Holiday treat and we were able to focus on spending time as family and enjoying the experiences at Broken Bow, we look forward to doing it again next year!

Cosy stay in a beautiful cabin!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have just had a wonderful stay in the beautiful Nik's Nest cabin which had everything we needed for relaxing, indulging, and enjoying fun time family. We loved our quiet time away in such an amazing setting. We will definitely be back! The customer service was exceptional before, during and after our stay, and we could not ask for more. The only caution I would give is with the excessive potholes in the woodland roads of the approach to the cabin. Hopefully some maintenance is scheduled for them soon.

Amazing Cozy House!

Great place to stay! We had a great time sitting by the fire, in the hot tub and around the kitchen connecting with our friends. The road was a bit bumpy with pot holes but besides that we absolutely loved our stay at the house!!! We made many memories and will book again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time. Grand children loved the outdoor fire pit, not to mention the push button outdoor and indoor fire places. Flat screen TV in bedrooms was a bit as well. The island kitchen was nice. More than 1 person could help cook. Vaulted glass wall in living room gave lots of natural light. Stackable washer/dryer was nice as well.

Perfect cabin for a couples getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin had a great layout and we especially appreciated the two King master bedrooms. It was very clean with all amenities that were listed. Convenient location to good restaurants and Hochatown activities, although as one reviewer stated the road to the cabin is pretty rough...we were in a crossover vehicle and just took it slow to avoid huge potholes. Although close to other cabins, you felt secluded. We would love to return in cooler weather to enjoy outside activities. Would highly recommend Nik's Nest!!

Wonderful cabin! Not too small, not too big!

Property was great for my family of 4. Location was wonderful and private. Enjoyed the wildlife and outdoor space. Only issue was the roads getting to the cabin were a little rough for our Camry. :)

The trees are amazing and the atmosphere was so relaxing. My daughter even saw a deer run across the property one morning. We loved watching the birds and squirrels. Great getaway for our family. And, just a few minutes from town.

Short stay in Hochatown

Well, the road needs some work - there, that’s all the bad stuff out of the way. The location is awesome; far enough back from the main highway that you can’t hear it, close enough that 5 minutes and you are right in the middle of all the local attractions. Almost everything is 5-15 minutes from the door. Wonderful two bedroom, two bath house. Great room with kitchen, dining, and living. We enjoyed the deck, hot tub, Jenga, and horseshoes. Quiet area, plenty of space between the houses. Kitchen had everything we needed. Full size front loader stacked washer and dryer set.

Home Away from Home

This is a great double master cabin. The kitchen was perfect. Loved the deck, with the gas fireplace. Nice firepit area fro you to bring your comfy chairs. Great communication when the smoke detector started beeping. A new battery was in place within a hour. Best communication of any cabin, I’ve stayed. This cabin will be booked, again!!
