Highly Recommend

Everything about our stay was perfect! The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. Jeff and Deb are wonderful hosts who were very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. The property was comfortable and clean, stocked with basic necessities, and located in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. There is a community pool not too far from the house, a grocery store just a short drive away, and it is also just minutes from Fenwick. We couldn’t have been more happier! It was the perfect home away from home! We highly recommend and hope to stay here again next summer!

Beautiful Home away from Home

We loved this house! Immaculate, well stocked, perfect location! Hosts made sure we knew they were available to us during our stay. The beach nearby was beautiful! Lots to do in and around the area! I would definitely stay here again and again.

Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with this property during our vacation. Everything in the home was what I expected based on the listing description. The owners communicated with us before our stay and left contact information if we had any problems (which did not occur). Highly recommend!

My husband and I felt that the property was well-maintained and that it had everything we needed. We cooked meals each night for 8 people and felt that the kitchen was perfectly stocked. One thing we really appreciated was that sheets and towels were provided. This made packing so much easier! We did not have the best weather, so we couldn’t really enjoy the pool as much as we would’ve liked to. We were also grateful for the partial week rental- 4 nights. Our teenagers and their friends who were joining us have jobs and didn’t want to miss an entire week of work, so this was super.

Highly Recommended Stay!

We had an incredibly fun stay at this house! It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood right outside of OCMD. The drive to coastal highway and the beaches was minimal with no traffic. The property also offers access to a great community pool. This location is ideal for a getaway! We greatly appreciated the cleanliness of the house as well as the owners going above and beyond to provide the necessities such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc. They responded promptly with any questions we had. We are definitely going to look into staying at this place again!

Beautiful Hone

We love this house. This our second time staying there in the last few years and it’s one of our top rated rentals. Aside from it being huge and beautiful, it’s always fully stocked with everything one might need. No detail is spared. It’s so nice that we often opt to stay in instead of going into town. I highly recommend this location. The hosts are fantastic.

Great house!

Stayed here for a long weekend girls trip, house was cute, clean and in a great location. Close to grocery stores and the beach. Loved that they supplied items most rentals don’t. We would definitely book here again.

Amazing last minute trip

We booked this very last minute to getaway for the last week before school starts. Can’t say enough about this location. Perfectly located minutes away from Bethany beach DE & Ocean City MD. Our kids loved being able to enjoy both of these locations. Fenwick Island is a smaller but quieter beach with many charms of a beach town. Great restaurants and shopping close by! The property owners communicated well w us and left so many additional amenities that made staying in their home absolutely a dream! Little things like toilet paper, laundry detergent, toothpaste &coffee pods…so helpful to not have to go out and purchase these items. And the home is just lovely and spacious, our family of 5 was beyond comfortable. One minor complaint is the ants in the kitchen which caused us to throw away some food items that were on the counter but it’s summer and we have the same issue in our own home. Will definitely be back!

Relaxing Beach Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed for many years in this community but never at a place this clean and comfortable. The owners truly care about their guests and communicate very well! We highly recommend this if you want a relaxing, stress free vacation!

Absolutely PERFECT!!

We had 4 adults and 1 toddler. I can't say enough about this property. A few minutes to Fenwick beach, Walgreens and Food Lion around the corner and so many restaurants in a short distance to choose from. The screened in porch with an open view was very nice for relaxing in the evenings. We will definitely be returning next year. If you are looking for a family beach get away you will be 100% satisfied with this home and location.

Perfect Vacation house!

From the beginning, this has been a positive experience. Everything listed in the description, from the photos of the house to the properties location with corresponding attractions, has been exactly as shown and described. The communication was friendly and excellent! Our many questions were answered quickly. The house was very clean, full of all the described amenities and easily accommodated two families of four. The house is in a great neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. The house location is great, it is located within minutes of attractions as well as a short drive to nearby Ocean City Maryland. We can't express and thank the homeowners enough, on what a positive experience this has been! This was our first go at renting a vacation house and will be the standard for what we will look for in the future! Thank you, we had a great vacation!!

This house was gorgeous, clean, spacious, and well located.

My family and I stayed here, it was in a great location, had lots of supplies available. The host answered very promptly. No issues, would stay again.

Awesome vacation at the beach!

This beach house is clean, modern, and has every amenity that a family needs. Jeff and Deb truly make the entire experience easy and provide a house that is wonderful for a family vacation. This was our second time using their home and there will most likely be another trip in 2023.
