This property is available year round and there is always something to do in the area.Very convenient, yet secluded from the summer hustle and traffic.

Relaxing stay

This condo was perfect for the four of us. Enough room to spend time together and also find space when needed. We spent most of our days at the beach (15 mins away), so this was close enough and far enough at the same time. We enjoyed a pool day in the community. They have a "no splash zone" which is a nice feature. Loved the screened in porch. My husband and I enjoyed having our coffee out there in the morning and relaxing with our books in the evening. Saw deer and birds daily. We would definitely rent this place again!!

Delaware Beach Getaway

The property was found as expected (Clean, nice location, met all our expectations). It's about 10 - 15 minutes away from Bethany Beach and other beaches are around 30 minutes away. We loved our stay and would recommend this property.

Beautiful Stay minutes from the beach.

This location was perfect for us. Not too far from the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Was a nice quiet stay with great views of the wilderness behind the unit. Keith was extremely pleasant to work with and addressed our questions quickly. Overall five star experience!

Bethany Bay

We had a very enjoyable stay at this Bethany Bay rental. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was the home is immaculate. The paper towels, toilet paper, and linens were supplied. There is dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent supplied. There were minimal pots and pans but we managed fine. The only suggestion to add to kitchen supplies might be some ziplock baggies or food storage containers. All appliances worked fine. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit too soft for us but we figured out that the mattress in the front bedroom was firmer so we ended up changing to the bedroom with the firmer mattress ; just a personal preference. This unit is located on the 1st floor of a 3 story unit. There are no stairs so very easy access. The only thing is that you do hear the people residing upstairs. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the nature preserve trails, and the golf course. We were able to get to Bethany beach in less than 15 minutes. With Ocean city, Assateague island, Cape Lewes, the Rehoboth Tanger shopping outlets all within 1/2 hour drive there is so much to do! We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and peaceful

The communication was quick and easy with the owner. The property was immaculate and exactly as pictured. We felt at home and comfortable. The view from the screened-in porch was peaceful and private. We loved having a keypad on door instead of a key. Only issue was noisy feet and running in unit above us early and late in day. One suggestion is to buy more kitchen items such as baking sheet, casserole dishes, and cooking spoons and spatulas. We will book this unit again. Thank you for a pleasant vacation home.

On a beaucoup aimé. Bien situé, piscine, tennis. Un peu loin de la plage. Le condo bien équipé mais pas de seche-cheveux. Ni sel et poivre. Très grand et bien décoré. La propriétaire nous répond rapidement et semble etre très gentille.

Immaculate, beautiful & well equipped

Beautiful 1st floor condo in a gorgeous development with a giant pool. Easy drive to multiple beaches, restaurants and breweries. Great communication, easy check in. Loved it!

We were SUPER satisfied with our condo. Loved it!!

We really enjoyed our week at Bethany Bay. Our condo was great. We loved the location, the quietness, the comfy beds, the fluffy pillows, the cleanliness of the condo, the friendliness of the people, and the promptness with which the owner responded to our inquiries. Would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again!!

Fantastic condo and great hosts!

Quiet, Clean and Very Charming

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very nicely furnished, with all the amenities you could ever ask for. It was located in close proximity to Bethany Beach, which provided us with numerous dining opportunities. Thanks Keith for a wonderful time !!

Didn't want to leave!

The home is beautiful. Was able to see a mama & fawn the first morning and the next morning we saw two young bucks from the back deck. If you own binoculars bring them! The home is well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated. We visited Rehoboth Beach, and OceanCity Beach. The pool on premises is great to take a dip when returning from the beach and the hot tub is very soothing. We went to the Tanger Outlets one day. We visited the Dickens Parlour theatre and saw magician Andrew Goldenhersh perform. And took a dolphin tour At Cape Water Tours and we saw dolphins. The little local shops are great and we even had Louisiana style SnoBalls at Bonkey's ice cream shop. I would love to return next summer!
