We stayed there in Sept/26. Very clean and well equipped. We had a group of 8, 4 couples and everyone really enjoyed it. After a long day, the rooftop patio with hot tub and fire pit was a great place to relax and have a nightcap. Highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

We went to celebrate my nephews “21st”. For a small price the host decorated for us. They did an awesome job and did not expect to walk into a balloon arch put up. Highly recommend this beautiful place. Very clean and spacious. The host got back to us in a reasonable timeframe when we texted with a question. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was in great condition and we had a great time. The location was safe and no issue at all. We even had Amazon package delivered without and issues. I definitely would book this location again.

This property was well equipped and clean. The check-in & check-out process was extremely easy. Communication with the host was excellent. We enjoyed using the rooftop area in addition to the roomy living area.

Great space for four couples who were in town to celebrate a 50th birthday. Everyone had their own bedroom and the hot tub and rooftop were a fun place for all to hang out when not on Broadway! The location was great and Uber rides were only a quick 5-10 minute drive. We would stay again!

Although the house could use some updates and a good, thorough cleaning, it was perfect for us and our stay while we were in Nashville. Things to keep in mind - the garage is SMALL so if you've got a larger vehicle, chances are it won't fit. We had a mini-van and it just fit, but anything larger could have been an issue. We loved the separation of the floors so it didn't feel like we were all on top of each other during our stay. Kitchen was well stocked for what we needed, and bathrooms were well equipped, although the closets do not a have ton of hangers, so also something to keep in mind. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay, and the hosts were super attentive to our questions and checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. Easy walk to The Gulch area (even easier once we found the shortcut) and a quick Uber ride to Broadway. It's walkable, but not something I would suggest doing in the dark or by yourself. We had a great time!

Great Nashville stay

This is a great location, central with quick access via foot or an easy Uber. They put extra touches into the stay that make it worth coming back. Will def stay again

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our time staying at this property! Excellent location and easily walkable to restaurants and shops in the Gulch. Condo was very modern and nicely decorated. The rooftop was a great spot to hang out. Management company was very quick to respond with any questions.

We had a great stay as a family of 7 on spring break! Texting the property manager was easy to get responses very quickly. We wished the alarm was for guests- having kids on all the levels made us nervous. Also our suburban didn’t fit in the garage but parking on the street was ok during the week- not sure how it would have worked over the weekend. There were ants in the main floor bathroom so we stopped using it and let the manager know. The beds were very hard and all 7 of us had some back aches by the end of the trip. My kids loved the hot tub and fire pit at night!

Great space and location

This has is so nice! Plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen is a dream with the giant bar and the living room is cozy and stylish. Plenty of big updated walk in showers. The location is close to downtown so Ubers/driving was very easy. The owners must use a management company but whoever they are, they responded to any issues immediately. Great house!

Fun 21st Birthday Celebration!

We stayed 3 nights at this fun home! It was a short walk to the Gulch and a short Uber ride to Broadway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the jacuzzi and rooftop area! A few things to note - the rooftop is not private (you will see and hear anyone else enjoying their rooftop), they need to provide extra towels for the jacuzzi, and hangers in all the closets would have been a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun time in Nashville!

We enjoyed our stay at the Minty. There was plenty of space including bathrooms for 6 of us. As other reviewers mentioned it is walkable distance to the Gulch area and a short drive to Broadway. More kitchen utensils would be helpful in the kitchen as well as dish towels/cloths. Management responded quickly to any questions or issues we had. We had a great trip!
