Our family really enjoyed being able to stay together in this large 8 bedroom VRBO. It was extra nice with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Very spacious home and perfect for our large extended family to be able to all stay together while in Nashville for my daughter's wedding. Very conveniently located in a safe area. Host communication was great. Everything was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Excellent house for large groups. Great communal space-kitchen, dining and living room to gather in. Plenty of bedrooms and private bathrooms. Walkable area close to restaurants and shops. There were 10 in our group. Perfect fit for us.

The house was perfect for our group of 12 women with the 8 bedrooms and 8 baths. We were within walking distance to 12 South for coffee shops and other restaurants. One complaint I had was with contacting the host once we got there. The house was 80 degrees and we could not figure out the thermostat. I messaged him twice the day we got there and left a voicemail and he never messaged me back until the next morning. He never explained how to fix it. The rest of the time we were there it got down to 75 degrees. Also there is very little paper products in the house, like toilet paper. The main floor bathroom does not have a toilet seat cover on it. Overall the house was great and I would definitely stay here again with a big group.

Large property that was located in a relatively safe neighborhood with excellent access to what we needed. Rooms were large and each had a bathroom. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was also large for that if we chose to. Off street parking for 1 car. House was generally clean. The front door lock was a bit misaligned, but that can be easily fixed by the homeowner. Sometimes it would not lock on the first try. Overall a great place to stay.

The house had plenty of room for the whole group. I was unable to get answers from the host about things in the house so we had to adjust after we arrived. There was a couple of house keeping issues that I wish the host would have paid attention to, we ran out of toilet paper in 3 of the bathrooms, an upstairs bathroom shower had mold so we were unable to use that, a chair in the master bedroom was covered in dog hair.

Had a great time in Nashville. The house was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Numerous bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two kitchens were nice for storage. 15 minutes from downtown, safe neighborhood. Owner was great to work with, very accommodating and responded to inquires pretty quick. My only advice to owner was to take some time to fix the little things. I know the desire is to flip the house to the next renters quickly but a few fixes and updates would make the property outstanding. Broken microwave, virtually all 0f the shelves in the refrigerator were broken or missing, making main kitchen fridge a challenge. Missing toilet seat cover, and all of the pots and pans are trash and need replacing. Same with many of the towels, some are ripped and many are stained. Besides these items, everything was good. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean and beds were comfortable. House was large enough to handle 10 grown adults well. Kitchen and TV area were large and facilitated our group being together. Property is close to downtown and convenient for all activities. Host was available to handle any questions.

Enough space for our big family in a central location

All 8 bedrooms had their own bath room which was perfect for our group of 21 including 9 kids from 5-16 years old. The only negative was the house was a little dirty. With such a large group it was perfect for us.
