Amazing Accommodations with Spectacular View

We had five couples vacationing together for a week. We planned a couple of outings, but spent most of the week just relaxing around the villa. Everything for a perfect vacation is right there! We enjoyed every second of our stay and recommend the Beach Villa for the views, house, pool, hot tub, beach, walk-out to the ocean, and terrific hosts.

Bit of heaven on earth

The title says it all! The host, Donald, was just a joy. He couldn't have been more accommodating. There were just so many personal touches. The villa is gorgeous and the vegetation is so lush. It was also good for a necessary wheelchair with a first floor bedroom. I can't possibly list all the wonderful things about this estate...I'd run out of space!

Best of St John on our Doorstep

Perfect location for 10 of us to welcome in the new year! This was such a beautiful house with unique artwork -- made by the owner — and well-tended garden and greene and pool area. A house with great character for us grandparents, 2 couples and 4 teen-aged grandkids. Also big enough that we all had space to be alone to read or nap along the water’s edge. All 10 of us played games in the living room, and were able to fit for dinner either inside or outside. —The house is right on the water, with views of the whole of Great Cruz Bay. We could see the Westin but mostly didn’t hear the hotel guests or other boats, except a little happy hour live music, which was nice. There was almost no noise after sunset EVEN on New Year’s Eve. —The 5 bedrooms are spacious and quiet, each with individual a/c. —Yes, we rented kayaks and paddle boards and used them right from the stone steps of the house. LOVED this option. We had them delivered to the house for the week, which was great. —Kitchen is well equipped. We bbq’d, cooked and baked and there was no kitchen tool that we didn’t find. —Wifi was what you’d expect on an island. Very good in some rooms and along some balconies. Other rooms not as good. Yes, strong enough for a Zoom phone call from certain rooms, but downloads were slow. —Owner was super responsive — texting almost immediately to even small questions and sending workers to help when we couldn’t figure out. Thank you!

Beautiful Vacation

The Beach Villa was more beautiful then the pictures!! We had the best vacation and will definitely stay there next year. The property can only be described as a tropical garden, and the buildings are spectacular. It was the perfect location for my husband and my two daughters, son-in-laws and three grandchildren.

Beyond amazing!

Our trip was absolutely amazing! 5-star rating isn’t high enough for our experience. The property was excellent and the service provided by Don was over and beyond anything I had previously experienced with a vacation rental. He was there anytime we needed something or had questions which made our trip more relaxing. I highly recommend booking this beautiful beach villa for your family trip to St Jobn!

Great time on St John

The house was perfect for our family of 8. Large bedrooms each with a bathroom and outdoor shower. Kitchen and living area very nice and functional. Outside area and pool with warm tub used daily. Very happy with the dtay

Great Getaway

The house catered to a large group with multiple bedrooms available all with wonderful bathrooms. The setting can't be beat with a secluded pool area and a beach view. There was even waterfront swimming which is hard to find in St. John. Would love to go back and stay there again. Donald and Debbie were great and super friendly.
