Knotty & Nice €“ One Bedroom, WiFi, Washer / Dryer, Walking Distance of Main St & River Knotty & Nice is located in a wonderful spot. It's within walking distance to Main St. and the ski lifts, and only two blocks from Mallette Park. This cozy 779 sq ft cabin is a furnished one bedroom with a King bed, also there a Queen size Sofa Sleeper in the living room. It has a one-bath floor plan that comes fitted with a tub/shower combo. The spacious bedroom comes with a walk-in closet for plenty of storage. If you need some space for thought, use the office nook privately built onto the master bedroom. The bathroom is updated with a tiled shower and granite sink countertop for a clean and polished look. The living area is set up with satellite television and WiFi. There's a small breakfast nook to enjoy meals along with a large, open kitchen. The kitchen comes fully stocked with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge/freezer. Use the gas stove for colder nights, and for warmer evenings use the welcoming wrap-around deck that's perfect for a barbeque, as you'll have access to a large gas grill. Knotty and Nice is a non-smoking, pet-friendly unit with a washer and dryer installed for convenience. Trailer parking is available to those who need it. The property has NO Air Conditioning! Knotty & Nice is dog friendly, we prefer the pups to be under 40 pounds.
$75 per pet/2 pet max, charged separately by the property management company after booking.

Beautiful Cabin in Red River, Great location, quite at night, very warm and inviting decor, well appointed Kitchen and Amenities. While I have been coming to Red River for vacations and long weekend get aways since I was 6 yrs old this trip was my grilfriends first time in Red River and she absolutely loved the trip and is excited to go back again. Will definitely stay at the Knotty and Nice Cabin again and again if it is available for our future trips!

We had an amazing stay. The property was so charming. We cooked most of our meals there. The kitchen was great. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch with a glass of wine watching the hummingbirds. Great location to walk to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

It’s summer time and we had to wait on the cleaning crew to get done with the process before we could get in. It was almost 1.5hrs. The website did mention that there might be a wait.

Knotty and Nice location is so convenient to Mallette Park and the town! Grocery nearby. House was well-equipped for our needs including Wi-Fi and the wrap around porch provided being outside to enjoy nice views of the mountains.

Very nice property in a convenient location. The house was very clean. The washer dryer was a great asset along with the fenced in wraparound porch for our little dog. Communication with the host was very easy. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!

Loved it!!

My dog and I enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean and had a great location. We were able to walk around the area just about every day, and could get anywhere we wanted to from there by walking! We will be returning to this place again soon!

Cozy and convenient

We had a great time staying at Knotty and Nice in Red River. It is just a few blocks from downtown and the ski lifts, so it was a perfect location for our snowboard trip. Check in was smooth and parking is right in front of the house. It was roomy, clean and well appointed for the two of us. Highly recommend!

Cozy Cabin

Loved our 6 days in Red River. The cabin was perfect for us. Plenty of space, but cozy. Close enough to activities in town to walk. Would have liked a little instruction on the thermostat, but we figured it out! We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

No complaints. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. The amenities at the house were everything we needed. We cooked a few times and had all the kitchen equipment needed. Would return for sure.
