Great time had by all!

The location was perfect, accommodations were great for the amount of people we had, it was a great trip and the lodging topped it off!

This house was fantastic with room for everyone. However, the owners need to invest in a new hot water heating system for the house, The house accommodates 14, we only had 9. The water in the showers never got very hot, and you ran out of hot water after a maximum of 2 showers and then you had to wait 1 hour or more for the hot water to recharge. This makes it almost impossible for everyone to shower when needed.

A definite must stay again!

Moon River offered a beautiful mountain retreat. A home with all the amenities and easy access to Main Street. Check-in and out was seamless and the M Vacations and Property Resort team was always available to help. We look forward to visiting this property again on future getaways.

Yearly ski trip

Awesome home about 2 miles from the ski lift. Big and cozy. Definitely be aware of the steep driveway. Overall a wonderful stay!

Family Trip

The house was clean and beautiful perfect for our family it had everything we needed we enjoyed it very much and would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. The owner answered my questions immediately.

Red River Riding Friends

We loved our stay at your beautiful home! The rooms were nice and clean and the views were amazing! The only thing I would add would be hair dryers to all bathrooms and a checkout book that showed everything that needed to be done when leaving. We will be back!!

Fantastic Location

Fantastic location and plenty of room to accommodate all 15 in our party. The setting right next to the river is nice, and the property itself is not far from town. It feels secluded, but is close enough to run into town quickly if needed. The property manager was very responsive. We did have the heat go out on day #2, and although it was not able to be repaired the property manager did bring space heaters for us. Highly recommend this location for larger groups in the Red River area.

House is beautiful however we had some plumbing issues that the property mgr took care of quickly. Didn’t realize getting down to the river was not as simple as I thought it would be but it was gorgeous just listening to the river

Beautiful location

Beautiful house and location. Only small things coukd be improved upon, especially considering the price tag; 1. Water out of fridge was slower then sun tea, most likely needs filter replaced and the ice maker didn’t know what it was doing as far as crushed or cubed. 2.Washer worked on the third try and a special rain dance but, also, it’s ancient so I give it credit for still working at all. 3.Toilet paper was related to a ghost. Other than that, we enjoyed the house with a glorious view!

Red River Relaxation

Overall it was great. The house is very big. It’s in a great location. The driveway is long, and more inclined than pics show. A toilet was stopped up upon arrival, and was fixed upon reporting it. We did have to plunge the toilets a few times after the property management unclogged one. No big deal though. A few of the window locks are missing or are broke. Again, no big deal. The stair banister at the bottom of the stairs needs tightening, lots of hands have grabbed it upon enter the stairs and it has become a little loose. The only request I would make is to have one or two fold out plastic tables available, with foldable chairs. Dining table is for 6, and if the house is full there is no other table to sit at, to play cards at or do a puzzle at. Just a suggestion. Plenty of pots and pans and utensils. Like I said, overall I’d give it a 4.8 out of 5. We enjoyed our stay. :)

Red River 9/10_9/13

Place was very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was great. There were no batteries in remotes, the jack and Jill bathroom toilet kept losing the chain (we were constantly having to fix this) and the back screen door on the patio was off. We had to put it on. Also more trash bags need to be provided.

Great family gathering in the mountains

A beautiful property with lots of space and a well-equipped modern kitchen. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms but the dining table was small for eight people. We had to use the folding chairs in the laundry room to fit our group.
