Deer Run Retreat Great fishing cabin!

Nice setting with scattered trees, lots of wildlife to watch while you enjoy coffee. Plenty of room for boats and pick ups to get around it has a large circle driveway . There is also a place to plug your boat in. bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bath and large living room with a queen size hide-a-bed. Also a queen size and a twin size bed at the back of the large living room .There is even room for an air mattress too! There is a fire pit and grill to enjoy during your stay.
Also there are no steps, great for elderly people or people who cannot climb stairs!There is also an outside dog pen available to use. (dogs not allowed in the house without permission)Only 1 mile to Ruark Bluff where there is a boat dock on one side of the road, and the beach on the other side of the road with children’s play area and picnic area.

Great quiet place with everything you need!! Plenty of room for our boat and close to the boat ramps! We definitely will be staying again!

Location was great Extra extension cord provided was niceA little bedside table on the other side of the bed next to the bed all would have been great. Otherwise everything was perfect.

I would have to say that this cabin rental for my partner and I to fish a bass tournamentat Stockton Lake Mo. was an awesome find. Out on the Lake from sunrise to sunset a tournament angler needs a nice quiet and relaxing place to rest up for the next day. This cabin did not disappoint. I would highly recommend these for your stay if you were there just to fish or spend quality time with your family in the outdoors. They are fully furnished as mentioned and more as stated in the advertisement. The host, (Debra) and our communication from the beginning of our booking to leaving was great. We will definitely go back.

It was a really nice place close to the lake. It had a bbq grill, fully stocked kitchen,2 queen beds and a twin, all comfortable. All the shampoo, conditioners, soaps, hair dryer, towels we needed. A carport and a circle drive for boats and campers. Outside plug-in for charging.Host was very responsive and helped with whatever we needed. I highly recommend!

It was hard to find with no signal couldn’t ask questions. There was no sign of the name of the cabins, but we had fun great place.

Hi Julie, thanks for staying at the cabin, and leaving it nice and clean. Sorry you couldn’t find it easily, haven’t had that problem since I got GPS straightened out! Maybe I need to consider putting names on the cabins I just assume since you get a picture of it when you rent it, you would know which one to go to. Glad you had a good time. Our stay at the Deer Run Retreat was great. It was super clean, quiet and cozy and a nice place to crash after spending the day helping family members who live nearby, with their home remodeling. We definitely would recommend it.

Wonderful spacious cabin, a couple minutes from a nice boat ramp, electrical outlet outside to plug in my boat. Thank you Debra for being so accommodating to me. Truly a wonderful experience.
