Everything was as advertised. We had a great time. Wish we had a few more days to stay and take advantage of all the amenities this house had to offer.

Great cabin in a little cabin neighborhood (just a handful of others). The last bit of the drive is curvy but I have stayed at places in PF that were CRAZY drives so this was nice. Beds were comfy. Really enjoyed the movie room and pool table. Really nice having 2 bathrooms with the 2 bedrooms downstairs. Nice clean hot tub.

Our family of 6 stayed here for the week. Very clean, comfortable beds, fabulous location within 15 minutes of top attractions. Host was great to communicate with and had two baby gates to offer which really helped with our visit. Loved that each bedroom had its own dedicated bathroom. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin! The kids really enjoyed the theater room, pool table, and arcade games. We ventured down to the resort pool once and enjoyed a late morning dip. We had a minor plumbing issue, but the host was very responsive and resolved the issue right away. The host also gave great instructional videos on how to use things in the home. It was a great home-base to the Smoky Mountain NP, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Happy Trails! Excellent communication from the host. We enjoyed all the amenities of the cabin, it has pretty much everything you can want with the resort pool, game table, pool table, hot tub and theater room. Would definitely return if we come back to the area.

The cabin was amazing and impeccably clean. The theater and game rooms were super cool. The drive up to the cabin wasn’t bad at all. The host was very helpful and responsive. Can’t recommend enough. Best and easiest experience with a rental and will always rent from them in the future.

The property was beautiful and very clean, which is a priority to us. Joel was so kind and responded quickly to any questions we had. He is a wonderful host. We've stayed in several properties in this area and this one was our favorite.

We had a great time . Movie theater room was amazing ! Make time to enjoy that ! Great surround sound .. even shakes the floor ! Location close enough to pigeon forge like 15-20 minutes . 40 minutes from Knoxville airport . Saw a big bear too ! Communication great w Joel . Zip line fun too . 50% off zip line while staying there which was nice . Pool was nice as well .. pool table fun too for my boys and me .. would come back for sure !!

We had an excellent stay in the Happy Trails cabin, with 4 adults and 3 kids. The setup was very good with one bedroom upstairs, two bedrooms downstairs and the main living area in between. We only watched the big theater screen once and it was fine, just not easy to figure out. The game room was nice with the arcade being a big hit with the kids. We grilled out once and it was nice knowing that an extra tank was available in case we ran low on propane. We lacked for nothing in terms of utensils and supplies. There’s not much of a mountain view at this cabin since the trees around it are pretty tall, but we honestly weren’t expecting a nice view. The communication from the hosts was probably the best we’ve ever had with any condo or cabin we’ve ever rented. They checked in frequently to see if we needed anything or had questions. They are truly the best.

Terrific communication with check in and out. We had plenty of room and loved playing pool. It was a great cabin for some quality family time. The roads were easy to maneuver if you are used to a few curves. It was not bad at all. I would stay again.
