Our stay was amazing! The house was clean and perfect for our needs. The hot tub was great and the host was wonderful! We found out that our kitten had stowed away under our car when we were half way to the house. The host was quick to work with us on the kitten staying for the weekend.

A beautiful, peaceful location. The cabin is well-stocked with every kind of facility, and a great playroom for everyone. We especially enjoyed the hot tub!

Really cute cabin!! Very well decorated. I appreciated that a lot of the breakables were glued down since we have a toddler and a 10 month old! Nice hot tub and really cool game room! We just stopped for a night on our way back home but would have loved to stay for longer. Easy check in and host was very responsive.

The host is amazing and quick to respond. The cabin is beautiful. It was very clean and it was wonderful for my family. I will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect place to stay. Nice mountain drive, quiet & super cool game room downstairs. You could come here and not even leave for a week. Great host. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful and clean place!

We came for a Bachelorette weekend and the cabin was perfect for all of our needs. The hot tub and games and the speakeasy was such a fun experience. The location and beds were so relaxing and clean. Really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time and loved the downstairs sanctuary for Thursday night football and for saturday college ball. The hot tub was also a hit for those late nights to wind down. Great communication with the owner and a lovely place!

The property is not clean. Microwave oven and oven are dirty. The BBQ wasn’t clean either. Sofa in living is stained. All the utensils are dirty with food marks/stains. The 4 coffee cups are horrible, we don’t even feel like drinking anything in them. One of the coffee mug also had a chip. The lights overall in the property are not adequate, they lack lighting. The light in the kitchen is very dull and the light for the stove under the microwave do not work. The shower knob in restrooms tubs are almost damaged. The basement pool table is unusable and stained and dirty. There is no oven tray. Finally the hot tub is dirty too with sand and dust settled at the bottom. We did not feel like getting in it. The place looked spaces in the pictures but it’s kind of very congested and dining table/area right after you open the front door is very inconvenient and poorly designed and organized.

Very roomy loved being in the trees alittle and not far off the beaten path Only 20 minutes from all the tourists attractions if that’s your thing I just go for the mountains can’t wait to visit again soon

Wonderful Experience

This was our first VRBO and overall, it was a great experience. The cabin was in a great location and it checked all the boxes for our needs and wants from a large family of 6. I had a few questions and concerns about the cabin while I was there, and Dennis responded professionally and promptly. It was nice to have plenty of room to spread out after a day of exploring the Great Smokey Mountains :)

Tv remote missing. No kettle on arrival. Pots and pans a mess. Was not told that access to the game room only from outside. Some jets in hot tub not working. Very small towels.

Great Cabin

Our favorite cabin yet. It's an easy drive in and out. Lots of porch/balcony space. A really great cabin for families, especially with the activities on the lower level. The decor is also consistent with the area and up to date. Also, I random questions here and there and the owner was quick and friendly in response. We plan to stay again if this cabin is available the next time we come up.

We loved the place. The cabin was beautiful. The grandkids loced the downstairs gameroom. The host Dennis was easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay there again.
