Wonderful stay. The place was a perfect location to take advantage of the mountain and North Conway. Everything was clean and the condo was well stocked with anything you needed. Our host was wonderful and quickly responded to any questions. Our family had a great stay and certainly would consider staying here again in the future.

Beautiful Property - Great Stay!

What a fantastic trip! The condo was beautiful and meticulously kept with everything you would need and more. The location was great, and it was so close to everything. We would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful accommodations for families traveling with young children. The location is centrally located to downtown North Conway and offers great convenience for those interested in enjoying Cranmore and the Mountain Park. The owner was very responsive and communication was detailed and prompt. I would highly recommend this stay!

Great spot for families

We stayed at the Lazy Bear for a week and it was an outstanding property. Everything was provided and we enjoyed our stay. Property manager gave explicit details on check in and check out.

Perfect getaway

The condo is perfect- great location, clean and cozy. I love the bears decoration theme and it has all the supplies you could need while there. Great time in a beautiful place.

The Lazy Bear was a lovely condo at Cranmore mountain. Beautifully decorated and had every amenity you could wish for. Such great to details… lots of blankets, towels, games for the whole family. The honor bar was a great touch.We would definitely book again if our travels bring us back to North Conway

Beautiful condo. Great location. Clean, spacious, very nice appliances, TVs, etc. Responsive owner. Good for families but also for folks like us who were 2 couples. We came up for a quick weekend getaway and are very happy we chose this condo!

Amazing stay!

The condo was amazing, clean, well appointed, and very comfortable! There were also several thoughtful extras that made our weekend effortless. Also the location is perfect right at the base of cranmore. We would 100% come back and stay and hope to soon!!!

My family and I had a lovely stay here! So close to everything! And the condo was comfortable, clean, with no detail left unturned. We are so happy about our stay we hope to return soon! Highly recommend!!

Great Stay at Lazy Bear

Really great property. Super well organized to make things easy for guests. Huge space with lots of fun stuff for the kids to do. Try to count the bears. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

Conway Getaway

This was our second time renting here and it did not disappoint. The condo is extremely clean and in a great location. Can’t recommend it enough.

Fantastic, our 2nd Year in a Row!

Absolutely love this place. Very clean and well done. Process is easy and the condo building is fantastic and literally right at the base of cranmore. We stayed here last summer and again this summer and would highly recommend.

Weekend getaway

We stayed at “The Lazy Bear” for an end of summer weekend get away. It was the perfect set up for my teens, toddler, and husband and I. The condo was wonderful. It had all the comforts of home and more! Kat was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We are hoping to stay here again.

Fun Week in July

Our family had a great stay at Cranmore. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The check in/check out process could not have been simpler. We will certainly be back.

Great time

This condo was absolutely beautiful. It was well stocked and the location was great. My twelve year old grandson loved all the outdoor activities Mount Cranmore had to offer and it was right outside the door. Would definitely come back again.

My family and I have been going to North Conway for many years and we have stayed in this condo a couple of times now. Katrina is super responsive and is always looking to make sure you have what you need. I would strongly recommend this unit as it’s well stocked for a family with kids. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Beary Nice!

Very clean property with well stocked kitchen. Very close to downtown North Conway. Our 3 year old loved the pool. Had fun riding lift to top of Mt. Cranmore!

Summer getaway

We had an amazing time in North Conway and at Cranmore Mountain. This condo was beautiful and well appointed. We often had the pool to ourselves. We went to the Cranmore Mountain resort twice and were big fans of the mountain coaster and summer tubing. We highly recommend this vacation!

Comfortable, well-located, 2-bedroom apartment

This new apartment is on the second floor of building right next to the lodge on property and a short walk from the pool and fitness center. The furniture and beds were comfortable and cozy; the apartment was very clean and well-equipped with towels, sheets, and other amenities; and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved our stay and would happily stay here again, if we are visiting N. Conway again.
