4 bedroom 2 bath lakefront home with a new 1250 sq ft boathouse with tiki bar, sectional couch and mini refrigerator provides the ultimate in relaxation and lake enjoyment. Some of the best wakeboarding, waterskiing and fishing on Lake Gaston is directly in front of the boat house.

This perfect lake cottage is located in the Riverbend subdivision, on Lyons Creek Cove. Enjoy long walks in the neighborhood and some of the best waterfront on Lake Gaston. Deep water off the dock is perfect for the big kids and water sports. Shallow water near shore is perfect for the smaller kids. Everyone will enjoy spending their day relaxing at one of the nicest boat houses on the lake.

The lake house is ideal for families and for sharing with friends. All 4 bedrooms are exactly the same size. Enjoy beautiful sunrises on the lake from your bed in either of the 2 lake front bedrooms which boast awesome views of the lake. 16x40 great room and 2 lakeside bedrooms open to screen porch.


Ultimate Lake House for enjoying the lake: Enjoy quiet, glassy water all day long. Paddle our canoe further into the cove for fishing, hunting and birdwatching. Enjoy long walks through the beautiful Riverbend subdivision. The Waterview restaurant and the Morning Star Marina are just a short boat ride away. Private, gentle wooded lot. No Steep Hill and No Steep Steps. Deep water off dock for big kids and shallow water near shore for little ones. One of the nicest boat houses on the lake with tiki bar and mini fridge on the dock.

We stay at Gary’s place every year except 1 time last year when his Dad had his birthday. But the last 12 years for sure. Great view of the lake upon entering the house right out the back door. Large screened in porch w/ plenty of seating. Short walk to the boat house where we spent every day soaking up the sun. Used the 2- person kayak to paddle out on the lake. Grilled each day of our stay. Looking forward to our next stay could be again this year. Weather was in our favor.

Beautiful house on the lake. We liked the huge kitchen/dining room table and comfortable couch. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, and it was nice to wake up and have a view of the lake from the bedrooms. Very relaxing, nice place to stay.

This is a clean, beautiful lake house on deep water near main channel in a lovely quiet cove. Fantastic spacious dock complete with fridge for drinks/bait, and large screened porch and huge dining table, plenty of seating, even a fusbol table on the porch for kids. Very well-equipped kitchen. The boat ramp is so close if you are bringing your own boat, so easy to dock it at the private included dock for tubing and skiing. We had so much fun unplugging and the whole property is set up for family time! Just wish we had realized the bath linens were in a closet before going to Walmart to buy towels.

Very relaxing!

This property is a wonderful place for a family. We had fun fishing from the dock and relaxing on the porch. Beautiful location. I would stay again.

This was our 7th time at this property!

Absolutely love staying here. Perfect location. The views from the dock are amazing. Quiet cove allows for swimming, fishing and just hanging out on the dock. We will be back again for trip #8 soon!

Beautiful views!

Our family had a great time at this property! The views were breathtaking!!! Plenty of room for everyone and a HUGE table in the kitchen so we could all eat together. Definitely a plus!!!

Great Location!

We have stayed at this property several times. Nothing fancy, but is a great LKG property with good location, great boathouse and nice quiet cove. Highly recommend!

Great Memorial Day Weekend

Great place for our family weekend. Dock is awesome for fishing and hanging out. We brought our own boat so we also used the boat slip. Host responds quickly to any questions. This is our second stay at this house and we loved it.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

The owners really put some thought into making this a perfect family get away! From the large dining table for family meals, to the perfect screened porch for unwinding after a day of playing on the lake! Our family really enjoyed our week! The hosts were super helpful and responsive.

Enjoyed our stay! Beautiful place in a quiet cove off the main lake!

We definitely enjoyed our stay! Located in a quiet cove off the main lake. We took two of our grandchildren, ages 7 and 2! We would definitely recommend this place to our friends! We'll be back in the future! Perfect getaway!
