Make the most of your shoreside getaway, whether you enjoy a barbecued dinner on the deck or use any of the 4 kayaks we provide on Lake Gaston. Great fishing off the boathouse dock.

The home was very nice, with spacious rooms and lots of thoughtful touches that made it comfortable and welcoming. The setting was peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy time by the lake.

We enjoyed our stay. House was clean. Plenty of room to spread out but also room to spend time together. Loved the screened in porch! Enjoyed kayaking and fishing from the dock. Only issue during our stay was low water pressure.

Great quiet location with a pet friendly fenced in yard. Simple access to the lake for kayaking and relaxing. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Nice spot to play some basketball in the driveway as well!

Our overall stay was amazing! The host was communicative and checked on us after arrival. We will book this home again if we are in this area. The boat house was fully stocked, and the owner made us(the renter) aware of what we could use of his. The kayaks were a hit with my children. Very quiet and peaceful area.

Very clean, large house with lake access. The screened in porch was quite nice. The showers were a little tricky to get started but worked okay once the flow started. Kitchen is large and easy to use. The grill is charcoal not gas. Also the kayaks are up at the top of the property so you will need two relatively strong people to carry them up and down the hill. Good fenced in area for a dog.

We had a wonderful experience. There was a little hiccup at check-in, which was handled beautifully by Leonard. No complaints here loved the property. The location was wonderful and everything was as noted in the listing.

Peaceful serenity

Great place to get away and relax in peaceful serenity. Beautiful spot next to the lake and dog friendly. Able to catch some fish. House is very clean and roomy. It was just my husband and I but would work great for a family getaway.

Great choice

This was a great place to stay! The property was exactly what we needed for us and the dogs. My husband had wonderful boat access and not far from the boat landing. The only thing people should know is are very few places open to eat until Wednesday. We had breakfast at the "Kitchen Table" which was fabulous! Look forward to going again.

House was as described and on a quiet cove, very charming. It meet all our needs for a small family/ mini vacation. Host was very quick on our info and code. Housekeeper could have spend a little more time on the cleaning. Hair from dogs from previous stays, was in corners and on base boards.

We had a great stay at this lake house. It was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, which made the trip easy and comfortable. The property was also pet friendly, and had a fenced in back yard. The boat dock was perfect for storing our pontoon. We would definitely rent again.

The pictures and descriptions do not do the home justice! It is so big and spacious! In a Quiet cove with good depth water that is close to marine and on the water restaurants! Prime locations! The paved driveway made getting a truck with boat trailer a breeze! The heater in the bathrooms was a nice addition since we had an unexpected cold front come in! This home provides everything you could want for a fun, relaxing gateway to make memories with your family!
