Our Happy Place -The Cozy Cottage near the Buffalo National River

It has 2 Queen beds and 2 full bathrooms. A full kitchen. A full size washer/dryer. Grill on the back deck. A closet full of games! Memories to last a lifetime! I’m probably forgetting something. 15/20 minutes from the Buffalo National River. 5 minutes to the Yellville City Park with Splash Pad and Crooked Creek. 15/20 minutes to the White River. Less than 30 minutes to Bull Shoals Lake, as well! Day trip to Branson is always fun too! If you want to float the Buffalo, we highly recommend using Buffalo River Float Service. Pet friendly , we were so excited to stay here. It was a short stay but very much worth the time we had. Games galore, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated. Next time, we will stay longer . Thank you it was awesome.

This house was exactly what we needed for our family reunion. Great amenities, thoughtful extras in the bathroom, lots of shampoo options, beautiful location! We loved going to Yellville City park and walking around the track with my 85 year old mom. Thanks! We will be back.

The host was punctual with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. The area was secluded and quiet with lots of outdoor space to play and just relax outside. The house was super cute with lots of options for entertainment (games and such). Everything was clean and organized with all the extras you need to prep meals and grill out. We stargazed on the back porch even though the yard light did cast some extra light. We did go down to the Buffalo River Campground to do a stargazing night. Which was absolutely beautiful. We also had a trout fishing day down at Cotter. There are so many options for things to do in the area and this cottage is a great central location for many of them. We did intend for our dogs to come with us but they ended up staying at home. This would have been a great place for them to enjoy as well.

Wonderful stay

Cozy Cottage

Everything about the Cozy Cottage was as advertised - clean and well equipped. Very nice bathrooms. We enjoyed two quiet, peaceful evenings. Would stay there again.

Peace and Quiet

Perfect location for some peace and quiet. Close to the Buffalo, tons of flea markets close by for shopping, and we even took a day trip to Branson! Cottage was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed. Loved our stay!
