The property was very clean and updated. The space was small as advertised but worked perfectly for us. The Host was very friendly and helpful. All details for a smooth check-in and checkout were very clear. We had a wonderful stay!

We were pleasantly surprised by the craftsmanship and cleanliness of the cabin. It was not large, but we only need a simple location with close proximity to lake access. Every detail was well constructed and well-maintained.

We have stayed here 4 times previously and it is always clean, comfortable and a tremendous value for the money. Angelia is an outstanding host and for the second year we got to talk to her in person. There will be no other place we stay when we come up to Bull Shoals for the country's best trout fishing.

Sweet, clean cabins! Well decorated and set up for an enjoyable stay. Close to town but lots of nature for beauty.

Great little Cottage

We come to Bull Shoals every other year. This place was a great value and clean and comfortable. The neighbor feeds the deer. She also feeds the raccoons and skunks! Not a fan of that- she even acted mad if we made noise or stayed outside. Other than that I would stay there again. Angie was very helpful and answered all of our questions when we booked the stay.

It was very small and the kitchen had a window a/c unit with about a 3” opening above it. There were several little flying insects that found this opening inviting. We did have some deer that came down the driveway to visit several times. Loved that.
