We had a wonderful stay at Jamakin’ Dream! The house was amazing, and we felt safe, comfortable, and right at home throughout our visit. The beds were very comfortable, and the home made it easy to relax and enjoy our time in Rockport. The only small issue was that we couldn’t find the welcome book with the checkout instructions, so we followed the usual checkout procedures as best we could. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this home to anyone visiting Rockport.

Excellent property. Love the private downstairs room.

Nice stay! Cute property close enough to Rockport beach. Needs some doors adjusted that won’t close but aside from that it’s a beautiful house and we’ll maintained. Definitely would recommended or return.

Excellent family rental

This rental is excellent for a family get away. We enjoyed having spaces for the children to play and to sleep. Toys were even provided. We had everything we needed there and the accommodations really met our needs. The area downstairs behind the garage doors was an extra bonus for our group. Showers were excellent and all families enjoyed having their own room. Would recommend!

Wonderful Rockport Rental

This rental property was the cleanest my family & I have experienced. The location was close to all restaurants, shopping, & most importantly, the beach. Our only disappointment was that the A/C would always adjust because the smart thermostat seems to be on a set schedule, but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience to us.

The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well appointed. Lots of extra touches throughout. Small, not a lot of gathering space but we didn’t need it this trip as we had other families with a larger house for getting together. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would return myself.

We are glad that you & your family enjoyed your stay! It is a very fun & comfortable home! Unfortunately the upstairs shower needed last minute maintenance the day of your arrival, but has since been fixed and all 3 bathrooms are fully functional. We hope that you come back in stay in one of our properties again in the future!

Great for families

This was a perfect house for our trip to Rockport. It was just a few minutes drive to the beach. The neighborhood was cute and clean with views of the water. The house has open shared spaces to hang out with plenty of privacy with the 3 separate bedrooms.

Great Time

We had a great time at this property. The garage area was perfect for hanging out while the kids played in the sand pit. Our only complaint was the AC the master bath does not cool. It just blows room temp air no matter what setting you put it on which make the bathroom quite uncomfortable in May after a hot shower. Also the water pressure in the master bath was almost non existent. They could probably remove the flow regulator from the shower head and it would help. There is an ice maker but it's not part of the fridge so we were constantly having to fill it with water. Other than these issues we had a great time.

Great stay, very relaxing

The check in was super easy, there were lots of things to do around the house, not even to mention local beaches and activities. We only stayed for 3 days, but we had a great time and felt like we didn't even get the chance to get the full experience, highly recommended.
