We had an excellent stay! The house was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Townhouse was clean and exactly as described. Great location close to the beach/boardwalk and restaurants. We stayed for a baseball tournament. It was roomy enough for 4 adults and 2 children.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this townhouse! There was plenty of space for everyone. We are so appreciative of the hosts, John and Shane, for their kindness and communication. This was our first time in Rehoboth and look forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful time. The host was amazing and very responsive. The house met all our needs and the community was nice and quiet. The pool was really nice and we never had any problems getting seats. Thanks for a great week!

I wish I could give this experience 100 stars! We have been to Rehoboth many times and John’s place is by far the BEST!The moment you walk in you are greeted with sparkling clean comfort. Plenty of space for a family or small group of friends!The location couldn’t be better, close to all the best spots.John gets 100 stars! He was attentive without ever being intrusive! Extremely responsive & kind!We are keeping our fingers crossed that next time we visit Rehoboth, John’s place is available! It’s the only place we want to stay!!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owners were very responsive and gave great local recommendations—our daughter especially loved Gordon’s Pond and the water park. Everything was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway

Great House!

Great house that is very clean and well decorated. If you have young children, they also have a pack n play, children's cups, and a stroller which eases packing Would happily stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and inviting, and had everything we needed. We loved hanging out on the screened-in porch each morning. The location was very convenient to downtown Rehoboth. The service road that bypassed the route 1 traffic was a nice surprise and made it super quick and easy to get to where we needed to be. The owners were great and very responsive, highly recommend!

This is our go to vacation spot! We have been coming here for the past three years and they never disappoint! The house is always clean and in wonderful condition. John is so welcoming and responsive to all communications. The community is quiet and friendly and the pool is wonderful to relax after a day of shopping or the beach. Just the perfect vacation spot!!

Great place for family stay in Rehoboth

We stayed for a few days with our young kids. The house has plenty of space, very comfortable, is well maintained, very well stocked (esp if traveling with kids), and a very short drive to the beach and boardwalk. The pool was lovely. John and Shane were excellent communicators and everything was very easy. It was the perfect place to stay for our trip.

Awesome times two

Great location, beautiful townhouse, owners are wonderful and easy to get ahold of. This was our second year staying here. Everything was just as clean and well kept as the first time!! This has definitely become our go to vacation rental!

Wonderful

This was our first time staying in Rehoboth we absolutely loved it! The condo was 100% as pictured and is in a wonderful gated community John was super helpful and very prompt on responding that all texts. We will 100% be staying here again next year!

We absolutely loved our family vacation to Rehoboth! John and Shane were accommodating, informative, and communicative throughout our entire experience. Their place is beautiful, well-stocked, immaculate, and centrally located. We were able to truly relax during our time away because we didn't have to worry about any details. One of our favorite parts of our stay was being able to use the gorgeous pool each and every day, it was stunning. Thank you for being part of our family vacation and we look forward to staying again next year!

Excellent Rental

This rental was perfect for our family’s long weekend stay 6/3 - 6/6. The owners are very responsive and very easy to work with. The unit is very spacious and clean. My kids absolutely loved the pool. We would totally book this unit again in the future.

Amazing Stay in Rehoboth!

This property is perfect for a summer trip to Rehoboth. The house is immaculate. Every amenity is available! It’s beautifully decorated with a nautical theme. We extended our stay another night. John is super responsive and very kind. We will definitely be back next summer!

Family beach week

The property was just as advertised. Checking in was easy and the neighborhood is perfect for a beach week. You are close enough to miss traffic getting down to the main boardwalk but just far enough to have some quiet. We had 5 adults and 2 kids. The house was perfect for family vacation and the owners were very responsive. You have to wash towels before check out and bring sheets which were the only inconvenience but minor when staying in such nice accomodations. I would recommend this for a stay.

First Time in Rehobeth

Very nice overall. Good value. Spacious, clean nice pool, well stocked kitchen. Too close to loud, busy Route 1 though. Traffic was a problem. I’d try for something closer to the beach next time.
