The Space:

This stunning retreat was a new construction for the 2019 season. The owners spared no expense and thought of everything that guests might need. The convenient layout maximizes open space for large group gatherings while offering quiet private areas for relaxing downtime. You will love the two main suites - one on the first floor and the other on the second floor. We dare you not to love that panoramic view with the kitchen and dining room opening directly onto the pool and patio area in the private fenced yard. Guests will fall in love with the interior design of this property. It's been furnished with high-end pieces in classic coastal contemporary with mid-century modern touches. Check out the custom artwork from many local artists. Nevertheless, the real star of this home is the pool! This is easily the largest private in-ground pool in downtown Rehoboth Beach. The backyard gets full sun most of the day, so the pool water temperature rarely dips below the mid to high 80s in the summer. The pool is large enough to relax, play volleyball, or swim laps. There are plenty of shaded areas for outdoor grilling on the Weber grill and picnic tables. The well-appointed chef's kitchen opens directly onto interior and exterior dining. Pool heat is available for an additional cost of $125/day and must be opted in/out for the entire stay. This home is not equipped with cable. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking meals so easy and convenient. We especially loved being able to grill outside and relax by the pool. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy our time away. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Comfort all around

We had a lovely stay and the pool was really a great addition. The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in. As dog owners we loved the amenities of the dog food bowls and the beautiful art. We would gladly stay there again.

Lovely!

This is a very welcoming home that was very clean! Linens and towels included was a bonus! The house has a crate and dog bowls and plenty of little touches to assure you that your four legged family member is welcome. We had a large group (9 people) and 2 dogs and it was perfect for our group!

Beautifully equipped house

The house is brand new and very well equipped. Beds were comfortable- the owners left everything we needed- we should have bought a lot less! Pool was awesome but could do with more pool furniture. Thank you for sharing the beautiful home

Wonderful property that we throughly enjoyed

The house had everything you would want. A beautiful pool, a very well appointed kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils, and cooking supplies. The street was very quiet and not congested at all. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach and to Rehobeth Avenue. There were nine of us, including 3 kids and a dog. We could not have asked for a better property

Can’t beat location!

Great Family Vacation

Our family has been coming to Rehoboth for many years. After being away for three years due to Covid we could not wait to get back. This house was great for our large group. The house was very clean and well equipped. The pool was a big hit; the grandkids (and the big kids) were in it every day. The location was also very good, it was in a quiet neighborhood and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. We would drive in when going to the beach to carry all of the beach equipment, but we would walk in if we were just going to the boardwalk, etc. It was a great vacation and we are looking forward to going back again next year.

Perfect !

Great home and location. Near Rt. 1A and short walking distance to Rise/Dogfish Head but far enough back to not have any car/road noise and kids can ride bikes safely. Pool was fantastic.. large with enough of a patio area to relax out of the sun while watching kids. New home comfort with lots of Smart TV’s, games and ceiling fans to stay cool. Love that every room has bathroom as well. Will definitely look to rent again. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great family home

This home was perfect for our family reunion. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The open kitchen and dining area was big enough for our group of 11 to enjoy meals together each night. Each room has its own bathroom which was convenient. We really enjoyed cooling off in the inground pool after a long hot day on the beach. The beach is a few blocks away, so we decided to pack the car with the beach stuff and drop it off at the beach entrance. Parking is available on the street, but you NEED a parking pass. Otherwise you will be ticketed! We learned that the hard way. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home.

Wedding weekend extravaganza!!

12 Family members ages 7-68 coming from all over the country for my sister’s daughter’s wedding. Accommodations were amazing… Each person had their own en suite room that was spacious and had a roomy closet and dresser storage. The house is extremely quiet! My husband and I stayed in the first floor master bedroom, and were concerned that it would be very noisy with people in the kitchen talking and laughing! Not an issue. We did not cook any meals, but the kitchen is outfitted with everything that you would ever need. Plenty of towels and extra linens. We were very lucky that the pool was still open. It was in the 80s this past weekend and provided a lovely place for us to just sit around and relax. This house is a gem! It’s beautiful, comfortable well-maintained,and clean. We plan on coming back and renting it for a month this summer.

Nice house, great management company

The house was very clean when we arrived. No complaints about the house. Further from the beach then what I expected. The beach was around three long blocks away. The house does have a cart for you beach things though. Very thoughtful. My real joy was with the management company. Received a text from them when we arrived. The text was regarding the check in process and cleanliness of the house. Everything was good but the pool. It was dirty. A lot of brush and bugs in it. We were able to clean the things on the surface of the pool. We couldn’t clean the bottom. We told the management company about it in the text. The next day it was cleaned!! Very happy with their response. Thank you.

Wonderful vacation home with pool in walking distance to beach and shops

This is a wonderful vacation house. We are a three generation family of 10 plus a small dog and the size of the house was perfect. It was very clean upon our arrival. A bonus is that each bedroom includes a private bath. Linens and towels (including dish towels) being included was another bonus (and beds come already made). Beach towels are not included. There is a two bowl dog dish in the kitchen. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a 15 minute walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, boardwalk with arcade and bike rental shop. The pool was a perfect size and there were a few floats upon our arrival. As there is little shade on sunny days, we purchased an umbrella and stand which, upon our departure, we donated to the house since it wouldn’t fit in our car. The kitchen is well outfitted with plenty of dishes, silverware and glasses. There is a good variety of mixing and serving bowls, pots, pans, cooking utensils and a complete knife set. While there isn’t a drain board, a hot pot and grill tools are included. We had a wonderful week here and look forward to returning next year.
