Gorgeous 2 br 2 ba Waterfront Condo!

Breathtaking water views in Treasure Island! Enjoy waterfront views in a comfortable and well-appointed space. 2-bedroom waterfront condo featuring 1 King bed, 1 Queen Bed + 2 sofa beds, and 2 full bathrooms! Door between units can be closed for privacy if desired. Well stocked and complete kitchenette to cook in unit. This has all you need for a relaxing trip!

** NOTICE: Due to the efforts to repair the resort post-hurricane, there may be periodic construction, as well as closures at amenities such as the Tiki Bar and pool. **

THE UNIT

This Clean & Spacious Unit features:

- Direct oceanfront views with TWO balconies!
- Two bathrooms, one with a shower/bath combo and one with a standing glass shower
- TV with Cable and WIFI provided
- 1 King bed and 1 queen bed with linens and towels included (please bring your own beach towels or plan to purchase)
- Door between bedrooms you can shut if desired
- Kitchenette with Mini-Fridge, microwave and coffee maker and plates, cups, silverware, etc.
-NO additional resort fee for our unit!

THE PROPERTY

Our family-friendly resort provides the following on-site amenities:
- Direct beach access
- 24/7 Front desk,
- Heated swimming pool
- Poolside Tiki Bar offering drinks and small meals, varying hours and availability not guaranteed.
-Gas BBQ grills on the beach,
- Beach Loungers, Umbrellas and other beach equipment is available for rental
-Volleyball Net
- Boat Launch Ramp available
- Free parking for 2 cars,
- Washers/ Dryers for community use!
-Any shared amenities and unforeseen circumstances impacting their availability will not qualify for a refund.

*In efforts to make our resort better, there are currently renovations happening Monday-Friday 8-5pm as weather permits. Most of the construction is now limited to the lobby area but there could still be some noise and equipment around the resort.

HOUSE RULES:

*No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the maximum guest count at any one time.

*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent.

*Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any more than the maximum number of occupants (found in listing) in the home at any time. We want you to have a great time with the maximum amount of guests in the house, including any visitors. This is a residential area and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short term rentals for a long time so please help us respect our neighbors.

*Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we may allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs.

*No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations including hurricanes. Please consider purchasing trip insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather.

*$75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee.

*If our property has a grill, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge.

*Ice makers and fireplaces are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly.

*To maintain a fair and comfortable environment for all guests, we ask that utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) be used responsibly. If there is evidence of excessive utility consumption beyond normal use for the duration of your stay, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the excess usage. These charges will be calculated based on actual costs incurred and will be billed to the guest.

*No paper towels or wipes (including flushable wipes) are allowed down the drains. If a plumber needs to fix an issue caused by the aforementioned items and reasons, the cost will be billed back to the guest.

*Guest agrees to complete a third party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.

*Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided.

*Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay. Days and times vary, please inquire if you need more specifics on when to expect these services to take place during your stay.

*Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.

*An application, screening, signed lease and deposit is required for 90+ day rentals-please inquire for more details. Bookings over 90 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.

*Please note that we do not provide shoveling or snow removal. Use caution in case of these situations, as we are not to be held liable.

*This home is not pet friendly, any undisclosed pets on the property will incur a $300 fine plus any damages or extra cleaning charges. We do ask that service animals are disclosed and emotional support animals need to have valid documentation prior to the start of stay.

Amazing vacation

My husband and I rented both rooms, we didn’t know if our daughter and grandson was going with us or not. Both rooms were very clean, pictures and descriptions were right on target. We went to beach or pool, which is right down stairs each day. The drinks at the tiki bar were very good. My favorite was the spicy Bloody Mary. We had door dash deliver our food most nights and we ate dinner on the balcony and watched the sunset each evening. Shopping was real close, and grocery store too. We walked 35 miles the week we were there. We took the vehicle out only twice. Very relaxing and perfect vacation. Found lots of shells on the beach. Restaurants all around and good food.

Perfect Location

This was our second time at the Island Inn and this unit. It was great to see it updated from the last time. Will definitely go back.
