The property was a great location and the hosts were very good to communicate. it was wonderful to have all of the toiletries, spices, linens, and beach gear supplied. I'm not a reptile fan and we saw lizards inside the condo on three different occasions and it wasn't all the same lizard. Inside the room was clean but the area with the trash chute was disgusting! We were also a little disappointed that you either had to go outside and around using the keypad for rooftop access or cut through the master suite. I don't mean to be nitpicking just wanted to make others aware. Overall, we had a nice vacation.

We are so glad that you found our communication helpful and that you appreciated the provided toiletries, linens, and beach gear at Penthouse Mad Beach! We completely understand that encountering Florida’s native geckos inside can be surprising; they are very common in this climate and occasionally slip in when doors are opened, but we will have our pest control team do an extra sweep to keep them at bay. We also appreciate you bringing the condition of the building's trash chute area to our attention—we have shared this feedback with the building management so they can address it immediately. Regarding the rooftop terrace access, the keypad and pin system are intentional security measures designed to ensure that only our registered guests can access your private spaces! We are so happy to hear that you had a nice vacation overall and we would love to host you again in the future!

Amazing penthouse condo

Our stay was great. Spacious condo, terrace was great for evenings. We saw manatees and dolphins in the inlet. Definitely would stay here again

Great family Experience

It had everything we needed for our stay at the beach! Loved the fishing spot just behind the condo. We would book again without hesitation!

Great condo and location

It has been great vacation in a great convenient facility for families with kids. The condo is fully equipped and is in great location. The owner is very helpful and cooperative too.

Perfect location!

We had the best time! The location was just across the street from beach access and they had all of the things to make the walk simple and easy! The Sweet Brewnette cafe on the first floor is a famiky fav for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Condo!!

This is a beautiful, spacious condo, conveniently located in Madeira Beach. Close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Very clean, everything you need for your vacation!! Great location, able to see the intercostal and the Gulf!

Outstanding

What an amazing stay at Nicholas & Holly's penthouse. The location is, of course, perfect (across the street from the beach). But the condo itself is so welcoming, has all the amenities you could possibly need and exceedingly clean. We just left and already can't wait to come back!

Everything you need!

We were blown away by the amount of space and everything you could ever need was available. The communication with the owner was great too. The location of the condo is great!

Great Location, Boat Dock, Awesome Views!

Overall this place was amazing. It was very spacious and clean for us. Loyola was a fantastic host and made sure everything was set up for us. Our biggest concern was the boat dock and he made sure it was available for us. We would definitely recommend this place.

A Great Trip

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is nice and spacious. It was very clean and well-stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, beach accessories, etc. The surrounding towns are charming, and the beach itself is great. Mr. Sullivan is lovely to interact with. We hope to return.

Great family time

We just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed our family vacation in your condo at Madeira Beach. The condo was very spacious and had everything there you could need. Very close to the public beach and within walking distance to restaurants and John's Pass. We enjoyed family time on the balcony in the evenings.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed staying at this property! The location was great, the property was a good size for us and it was very well stocked with supplies. We brought beach chairs and umbrellas but the unit had plenty for all of us and a cart to haul them to the beach. It was close to plenty of restaurants and shops.
